    Hi! I am still looking at a 2017 Subaru WRX STI w/ Nav+Audio w/ Harmon Kardon+Keyless Access+BSD/RCTA. I believe it is a the base model, and the not the limited (but I can't tell).

    Can you please share the MF and Residual for a 2017 (Manual) STI base and Limited for 24 Mo/10K, 24Mo/12K, 36Mo/10K, and 36Mo/12K in South Florida?

    I'm being offered a lease for a 2017 STI limited manual with a msrp of $42k in NY.

    39/10k per month $2k due at signing (taxes and fees included) for $499/ a month. Is this a good deal?

    What is the selling price and/or CAP cost?
    What is the tax rate?

    Is the lease through SMF?
    This is through the Subaru dealership. I didn't get the actual cap cost yet just the offer. Also the taxes are 8.8%.

    Are the current numbers still valid for this saturday (10/1)? If so, do you have the MF and Residual for a base manual wrx (zip code is 19121) for the following:

    24/10k
    36/10k

    I only drive 6k miles a year (or less) so I don't see the need for any of the higher mileage allowances unless they are a better deal. Am I correct to assume that the 10k miles option is the best bet when looking for the best deal?
