I am also looking at the 35t Prestige 39/12, in Dallas, TX. My question which may be for a different area is with a MF of .00099, the dealer has the ability to mark this up. How much will your credit affect the MF as well?

For example Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 credit? Thanks for the info.

You don't negotiate it, per se. You politely tell them that you won't sign a deal with a marked up MF. They know what the base rate is.

If they refuse, find another dealer.

You'll have a higher payment but you'll keep a lot of your money in your bank.

Apologies for not being clear. 4k downpayment plus first month payment and going forward it will be $628/month for 39 months on 12k lease. I will be exchanging keys with trade-in for 4k hence no options. But I do get your point as if it's stolen or totaled then I'm at a loss of 4k.

Do you think my monthly payment is reasonable?
