Placed a factory order on a MY2018 F-Pace S this past weekend; based on the current MY2017 rates, I will likely pursue a 39/12 lease. Looking at a tentative June 3rd delivery date per the order sheet. In your opinion, when will MY2018 lease rates/MF likely become available?

Destination is part of the MSRP, so subject to residual.

Residual % is calculated against the bottom line number of the factory window sticker (base MSRP + options + destination)

Looks like a marked up money factor, and a misquote on the 36/12 residual

Yes, the dealership can mark up the money factor. We don't know the limits, but .00050 is definitely within that limit.

I wouldn't expect to see any lease numbers until inventory actually makes it onto the dealer lot. Don't know when that is, however.

Hello all. I'm thinking about moving from my MB ML350 to an F-Pace. I would like to get residual and MF for 36 mos and 15k miles (for a gas engine) -- prestige probably (although I would be interested to know if the R-Sport is better. Thanks much. (Texas is location, if that matters).

BTW: I got quotes at 36 with a 51% Residual and 39 with a 48%. With MF of .00122 and .00131 respectively. $795 acquisition + $756 in dealer fees (wow).
