Do the numbers change on the 1st of each month or do they get delayed until post-holiday for July?

Am I right that .00004 MF equates to 0.09 interest rate, essentially free money?
If that's the case, and you negotiate a decent purchase price number, is there any reason not to lease with the assumption that you would just buy the car outright at the end and not be any worse off than if you financed for 60 months at 1.9?

I don't normally like to lease, but I am having an issue finding the downside here.

Separately, I thought normally Edmund had "prices paid/purchasing experience" for most cars, but I can't find one for the F-PACE - does anyone know where I could find this?

This month, the lease program runs through July 5th. New program starts Thursday.

Yes.. almost free money.

When you lease, you pay an acquisition fee of $795 that you wouldn't have on a purchase.
Also, when the 36 months is up, you probably can't finance the used car at 1.9% APR.

We used to have Prices Paid discussions for every make/model, but when we changed platforms a few years ago, they weren't easy to find, and those that weren't extremely busy (like Honda Accord) would drop off the list pretty quickly.

Also, What is average/good discount to MSRP on this vehicle? Is 10% feasible? What about a demo with 4-5k miles? I'm not sure how to determine the right discount for a loaner/demo with miles.

I have seen some dealerships sticking to 2000 off MSRP plus the 1000 rebate = 3000 = 5 percent-ish. I have gotten some quotes as high as 10% off but they are harder to find.

I can personally verify these rates and discounts (not that there was any reason to doubt). Just drove off with a 2017 Prestige discounted 5k off a 55k MSRP and with a .00001 MF on a 33 month lease. To purchase would have been an extra 1k discount (for 11% total) but at 1.9%...so I took the free money on the lease instead to have more flex.

Best discount I was offered was 12% off on a purchase.

Plenty of 2017s still out there and hoping for a deal. Seems most people are looking for 33 or 36 month leases. I'm looking for info on 24 month lease. 7500 miles would be enough but will consider 10000.

Interested in Prestige 25t and Prestige 35t (b/c I can get ventilated seats w/ Prestige).

That's the only fee from Jaguar.

I live in Oregon where there is very little inventory of 2017 F Pace Prestige. Seattle dealerships said they can't lease me a 2018 and then stopped returning calls on the 2017 I was interested in. San Jose told me they won't do an out of state corporate lease. Have you heard of this, why, is there a way around it? Seems very un-consumer friendly and anti-competitive. Any idea how I can get a hold of the vehicle I'm interested in? Is it worth complaining to Jaguar corporate? Why won't anyone's take my money?

What do you mean by "corporate lease"? You have a business that will be the lessee?

Dealers are private businesses, and can sell/lease, or not sell/lease, to whomever they want. Jaguar corporate won't do anything about it.

The 2017's are likely short of inventory, if not gone completely, for the trim level you want.

LA? Denver? Salt Lake City? How far have you expanded your search?

Jaguar and Land Rover seem to be pretty sticky about not selling/leasing to customers outside of their geographic area. Not sure you can do anything about it, other than pick a different vehicle from a different make.

Yes, it's going to be a company car so the business will actually be the lessee. There are still some 2017 left but very hard to find the right trim level. I've expanded to Washington, Idaho, Northern California and Nevada. Portland, OR dealer doesn't even have 2018 Prestige with Vision. Inventory is hard to find and am thinking 2018s are going to sell darn close to MSRP so was really hoping for a 2017. I'll keep looking. Thanks for your help.

I got August #s for a 2017 FPace 35t Prestige .00186 or APR 4.464%. Are these somehow related to credit tiers? I had a deal at .00186 then my credit score came in at 650 and my rate increased to .00281 and they are calling it Tier 4.

Yes, the MF is tied to your credit score.

48 month MF is .00186, and tier 4 adds .00095 to that, so the quoted MF is correct.
