I stopped by the local Cadillac dealership today, and I was surprised to see about 15 XT5's on the lot.

What are the XT5 residuals and money factors for the XT5 for 36/15 or 39/15?

I ordered my luxury XT5 car in April at that time there were no prices yet available, I can choose the months and miles . I don't drive that much . Thank you for giving me advice quickly. ( I am 70 young !! )

Just confirming what my dealer just quoted me for the money factor and residual on a new premium luxury AWD Xt5 for 3 yr./15k mi./yr.

I was quoted 53% and .00013 through GM financial.

We haven't seen the July numbers yet. Dealer can't alter the residual, and the MF looks pretty low.

If I'm not mistaken, (I'm looking at a luxury premium) the Residual for a $10k 36month is 58%. A 39 month would drop this 5% to 53%?

I don't show 58% as the residual for 36/10. The numbers we have only show a 1% difference between 36 and 39 months.

I was reading above where you answered 58% for 36 mos. 10k miles back on May31st. Today at a cadi dealer I was told a 36 month 10k miles had a 56% residual and 0.00013 fm for a luxury xt5. Is that accurate? Thanks.

The programs have changed twice since that date.

I confirm the numbers that you were given by the dealer.

Whatever the 1SH package is, that's the only distinction between the two.

My dad leased the 2015 model 17 months ago - dealership called today and wants to put him in new version Can anyone give me guidance to how that works and numbers for 24 months 15k a year. His lease is under milage by a ton (he bought 18k a year and has only used 20K so far that ends in July 17) - and he pays 620 with nothing down. I feel he got a bad deal last time and think he is so under miles that he pays for he needs to live lease out or get some sort of compensation. Thanks for all your help. And sorry I am new at this!

Since he has 9 months to go, it's unlikely they can get him out of the lease for any sort of reasonable price. They would have to take it in trade, and bury any negative equity in the new lease. If, by some sort of miracle, he wasn't upside down, then they could probably make it happen.

But, why trade a car that he's only had for 15 months?

I feel the dealerships took advantage of me when I signed the last lease. I received a call from dealership on turning my 2015 in because they want me in the 2017 for 39 months.

Here is the question and the problem. I am way under miles leased at 18k for 2 years I am 8 months left on the lease and have about 18k months on vehicle. My monthly payment is about 690 and I put down 1500 when bought.

The sales person was extremely rude to me when I asked for the MF and RV. His exact words were we don't use the MF. (This is after asking him on phone for both values and he didn't know what I was talking about) Can someone explain to me how you come up with a payment using these 2 factors He also gave me $690 for 15k 39 months. Not that we are taking that I just want to know how we get to this amount using a Luxury vehicle that is 47k price.

I am still just shocked how upset this salesperson got when asked the figures.

If you have 8 months left on your lease, I wouldn't get another vehicle now.
