Thank you!   The little cheat sheet didn't help me but now I have it for future use.  Am I right 695 isn't a good deal for me.  Funny thing they now say I'm getting friends and family discount.   I swear it's because I'm a girl. Lol.

Yeah, but the $695/mo also includes the last 8 lease payments you've yet to make - those don't just go away.

I am not even sure why they are still really communicating with me - Here is what they sent can anyone tell where they hide the 5k payoff for my car? I don't plan to do the deal but I want to be prepared for June when I need to do a new deal.

Selling price less rebates is $42,xxx, but the adjusted cap cost is over $48K. My guess is that's where the $5K went.

In November, numbers you thankfully provided were .00014 MF and 57% residual. Wondering if December improved at all as we are going to pull the trigger this month instead.

Checking in on Dec lease numbers for the 2017 XT5

I see a national program for the XT5 lux preferred group that shows 65% residual assuming:

MSRP $44,895
36m/10k
total payments equaling $15,444

is this correct?

What were the XT5 lease numbers for November, 44221 zip in Ohio, Luxury model 36/12 and 39/12. I'm assuming they are using these numbers since Decembers aren't out yet. Thanks in advance!!

Any #'s for December yet?  36/10 south fla.  Stopped by dealership and they seemed very aggressive.  Low $400's including tax with $2k at signing.

Hello, thanks so much for your helpful response. We went to the dealer and they were strongly encouraging the 39 month lease and said that the "numbers were much better" than the 36 month lease. For the Luxury Trim AWD XT5, do you have the 39/10K numbers? I would be surprised if they were better than the .00003 MF and 56% residual for the 36/10K. Many thanks in advance.

39/10 - .00017 and 54%

You'd have to run the numbers to see which gave you a better payment, but I'm guessing 36/10 will be better.

Not sure how GMF handles high-mileage leases. Ford actually has a 19.5K/yr mileage tier, with a residual that is 3% lower than 15K/yr. Other makes reduce the residual on a cents/mile basis, over 15K/yr.

Last month, the XT5 had a 53% residual for 36/15.

You cannot prepay miles when you start with a mileage allowance under 15K

Remember, you're only paying for the residual percentage of that 2% delta in the residual, so $510 or $520 instead of the $750 in mileage penalties.
