MF is .00094 for FWD (.00093 is for 4Matic)

Residuals are correct

We don't know the deduct rates for MB - you'll have to reach out to a dealer

Standard MF and 52%/51% residual.

Mercedes has a standard money factor for models that they aren't incentivizing.
We haven't see a report lately, but it's generally in the .00200-.00220 range.

How do you judge if leasing or keeping current car is best decision? Currently own 2013 Honda Accord Coupe Ex-L. Owe $7500 @1.49%. Original loan ~$16k with $9500 cash down. Trade in value is ~$12.5k. Net $5k after paying loan. Looking into the 2017/18 GLA as seen in previous post.

*Disclaimer* In GA, so taxes on leases are stupid. Have to pull the whole car value up front or roll it into the lease. Come January, it's going back to only paying tax on the monthly amount and only for the lease term. I can't wait that long. So I'm simply paying the taxes up front.

I get $327/mo with those prices and numbers, too.

However, are you also paying the dealer fee and acquisition fee up front? Together that will add about $47/mo to the payment

Does it look like I solid deal? 
They're giving me a hard time about throwing in prepaid maintenance that local dealers were offering, but I didn't like the cars they had. Any tips to try and get them to throw it in?

If you're comfortable with the selling price, yes. 

No advice on the maintenance.

Thanks for your help! Just got home after driving it back 200 miles. 
They wouldn't let me put more than 3 MSD  on it. I was annoyed they wouldn't let me do more. The finance manager claimed the rate would be too low and said something along the lines of "Mercedes isn't in the business of loaning cars for free." 
I opted for a 12 k lease in the end. 
After the 3x MSD and upping to 12k, I'm right at 327$ a month. Paid $600 for a three year pre paid maintenance package. Brought him down from 1250 and just paid it up front. 
options on the car are fantastic and the nightfall edition is really unique. I'm thrilled. Thanks again!
