I am negotiating with a dealer who is quoting mf of .011 and even with that mf, is at 45% higher monthly payment using what I am getting with lease hackr calculator.

New to the forum, and first want to say thank you... I've always purchased my vehicles either cash or loan, and am new to leasing. I've read through the forums and learned a TON already -- I'm glad I went with my gut instinct and stepped back from the table to take a few days to research rather than signing my first car lease that appears to not be as good of a deal as I thought!

I see a lot of requests and answers for the same information (current money factor & residual), however I gather that it varies by time of year and possibly by location since many are posting their state, so I will ask the same please.

Exploring a 36 Month / 12,000 Mile Lease on a 2017 GLE350 4Matic, located in Colorado. What is the base money factor and standard residual value please? (Was quoted 55%/.00067 by one dealer, which appears to be high).

Also any insight on how far below MSRP I should be targeting in the negotiation? Looks like 10-12% isn't out of the realm of what is reasonable?

The Mercedes numbers are nationwide.

The only info I have on pricing is what you see in this discussion. It does appear that Mercedes dealers heavily discount this model.

Wow thanks. I figured the MF was marked up, but surprised he said the residual was only 50% when it's actually 54%.

It's possible that the dealer is throwing out numbers from memory.. They can't adjust the residuals. 50% is the 36/15 residual for the coupe.

If the dealer gave you a residual of 50% for 36/10, they were just wrong.

I visited one dealer in Seattle for testing drive today and I was told the MF is 0.00147 for this car, did they make up this number or is MF different between Mercedes dealers in US? If not, could you share the MF and residual value of GLE350 AWS in 36 months 10k/year lease term?

We haven't seen the July numbers.

Pending? Unless you signed a lease contract on Friday, I doubt anything is locked in.

Msrp is $65,600. They give me 11% off from msrp. 36month/10,000 mile.
And after they are calculating payment is $811
I think it is not fair price right?

Im no expert, but seems like your discount should be heavier than only 2750 for a car with 1600 miles. I have a current deal im trying to work out now with around 7000 off with around 6 miles brand new.
