    I do not have any reliable lease information for any of the SE Toyota states (FL, GA, AL, SC, NC)

    Yes.. the lower the credit score, the higher the money factor and also the payment.

    The residual values are set by Toyota Finance; dealer is correct in saying they cannot alter it.

    Hello,

    May I please get the residual/MF rates on a 36/12 for the SE and LE in SoCal. Also, I read a few pages back there was lease cash available? Is this combinable with the manufacturer rebate (as if purchasing)? Or is the MF and lease cash in lieu of it? Does it get applied as a cap cost reduction?

    I don't have the incentive info for SoCal, but I show either $2000 or $3000 in other regions.

    Cannot combine the purchase incentives with the lease incentives.

    2017 Camry LE 36/12K Zip: 98626 MF, Residual? I made an offer for $20,591, which was accepted. Current lease subvent is $2,000, which means my capitalized cost should be $18,591, correct?

    If you are paying the taxes and fees up front, I'd agree with you. But, the dealer may be factoring in that $2K with their acceptance of your offer.

    I suggest getting clarification from the dealer on this point. What was the MSRP?

    Thanks much for your quick response. The offer is pre-Bonus, so they are agreeing to $18,591. The MSRP is $24,179. I just heard back and the residual number he gave me is $12,331, which is 51% and seems low. Can I negotiate the residual? Maybe ask for 55%?

    Residual is set by the bank and cannot be modified.

    If you don't make the big downpayment, you have that amount in the bank to supplement the lease payment, each month. The actual money out of pocket isn't any different. If you have to buy GAP insurance to protect it (which GAP won't do, it only protects the bank's payoff), then you are spending even more money.

    The actual cost of this lease is $265/mo. Don't let downpayments obscure that. If that is too much for your budget, then don't do it.

    I get $199/mo before taxes and fees.

    Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, which will include the taxes and fees - make sure you understand all the items that are being added to the selling price.

    One thing working against you is that MD taxes the entire selling price of the car, even for a lease.
