Wow, it looks like someone did one heckuva burnout on that spot in the foreground...
As for the car, I'm a bit stumped. At first glance I thought it was a Pontiac G6 coupe based on the GM-style wheels but it isn't that. The double-bubble taillight lenses should be a clue but I cannot place them. I want to say it is a Mitsu but don't hold me to that.
There's a weird watermark (ebay ad), deal with it as it zooms well. Diverse product lineup at this long-departed Spokane dealership (the building still exists, and it is a used car dealer today):
In the Fordtown dealer photo a couple ago, there's a Ford Fairlane 500 Sports Coupe on the left handside, broadside to the camera. Dark bottom, white top.
What is the white car at the stoplight, above the trunk of the red Oldsmobile?
I had posted about the Kaiser Manhattan, but then I saw Fintail had ID'd it already.
I've never seen a 59 mercury wagon nor have I seen a Kaiser Manhattan at a car show here in western Ohio in my many years of hitting shows. I even see an orphan car show annually but never either car.
Judging by the number of imports this is probably the Canadian side. Top down is a green Morris Minor convertible. I think the Ford with the weird grille is Canadian, perhaps a Meteor.

It has a one piece windshield like the Lincoln.
The photo doesn't show the 5 teeth that I can see.
I checked several cars. Didn't think of Lincoln. Lol
