2017 BMW X6 Lease Questions

Just wanted to report back. I pulled the trigger on the X6 demo I was looking at. I can confirm the mileage adjustment on it was $.30 so BMW does have two tiers. FYI, the MSRP was $85,595 with a selling price to me of $65,000. With that the MF was at .00180 but they were upfront about that being marked up from the .00151 as a way to compensate their finance folks and wouldn't budge but took the selling price down to the $65,000 to compensate. Thanks all for the help and insight over the past few months.

Congrats! Bummer about the bumped MF but $20K off sticker, I think, more than compensates.

No information on the MSRP threshold where the .30/mile charge kicks in.

Not sure where the $.30 kicks in. I saw the sheet quickly, definitely applies to the 6/X6 and 7 series.

Yeah, I'm sure there is an MSRP cutoff that determines the per mile deduction, but I don't see it documented.

Looking for some advice on two proposed deals I received for an X6 xDrive35. 10K/36 months

2018 X6
MSRP: $74,435.00
Sale price: $62,500.00
The lease price was $755 per month with 3k total due.

2017 X6 4k miles on it (demo/loaner)
MRSP: $71,770.00
Sale price: $61,200.00
The lease price quote was $700.00 per month with 3k total due.

Is either one a good deal? I would appreciate any feedback regarding these deals. Thank you

What would the breakdown be on a 2017 X6 xdrive 50, it’s a demo car with 7850 miles, msrp 88945, selling price 73000. 10k 36mo. i just don’t know how to calculate residuals on demos. Zero down, just drive offs.

Would this one be much different because it has under 7500 miles? 2017 X6 xdrive 50, 6700 miles, msrp 85895, selling price 70000. In Los Angeles. And I have an i3 coming due March 6.

The demos with over 5000 miles don't lease well, and over 7500 is even worse.
On top of that, they don't qualify for the new car rebates.

Look for a demo with under 5000 miles.
