In retrospect, I would have pushed on the selling price a little bit. But, they are using the correct money factor and residual. Your Gross CAP is about $1000 over the sale price. $700 of that is acquisition fee. Wonder what the other $289.50 is for? (dealer fee?)
Doesn't look like you made any mistakes.
If you made 4 MSDs ($2000), you could lower the money factor to .00001. That would take the payment down about $29/mo.

Yeah, that's cheap. Pretty low MSRP for a QX50. Did they have many optioned that way?
Well actually Im dealing with a local dealer that is matching this deal and all they have is the premium audio which makes the msrp 36584. so a little higher but same deal. No, not too many this way

I get $335/mo before tax using the $37,750 price, or $312/mo with the $36,900 price.
Make sure you understand all the fees that are being added in - Florida is famous for very high doc fees ($600-1000 is the norm). Simply negotiate a lower selling price to offset.
Make sure you understand how the adjusted cap cost is calculated - if you are not paying the fees up front, they will be added to the selling price.
Been negotiating on a QX50 Premium Plus and got a decent deal of $435/m 36/10miles with $1000 towards them taking my current lease with only 3 months left. They gave me the MF of 0.000039 and residual of 60%. No money due at drive off. But wait....It wasn't the car I wanted and have been asking for in texts, emails to 3 different people one being the GM. Wrong color, not AWD, $1000 of extras that I did not even mention. The color was obsidian black that they were pushing on me and the sales rep said its a great black come look and showed me an entirely different black that is ultra metallic and beautiful but not an option on the QX 50. I told the GM that of the 3 colors, 2 different packages and interior colors plus a back up color just in-case that created 8 different combinations and he said we looked all the way up the coast to west palm beach. I already new of a dealer that had my first choice. GM said the color was discontinued. I laughed and called the dealer and he remember me and said i have someone who wants to learn something from you. We are now going with the X1 even though its more we will get want we want and be treated with respect. Malbec Black AWD Premium Plus was all I wanted and I found it making about 20 phone calls. Goes to show how much effort was put into our deal. the Deception is scary so please double check before you sigh anything. Thankful to Edmund's forum for all the help!!!!! Also watch out for those added little optional equipment like all weather floor mats, wind deflectors, roof racks, truck cover and floor protector. Adds up.

But, they are using the correct money factor and residual.
