Hi kyfdx Are the above MF//RV the same for the NYC area. Also does anyone know dealer cash as part of the Infiniti lease offers. How much does the dealer cash lower the invoice? Is there also a thing called conquest cash as an additional incentive.

Thoughts on this lease? Wondering if good deal. This was dealer's quote without negotiation. Is there room to negotiate better price. Drive off fees seem appropriate, but would like lower monthly payment if possible. Also, I notice Infiniti is 39 months. Should I try for 36 months like many other lease companies or is 39 month ok?
2017 QX50 AWD Premium Plus. Located in MA.
MSRP: $40,905 Cap: 34094 Res: 52% MF: 0.00003
Payment: $349 (this payment includes your sales tax) Terms: 39 months/12k Up front costs: $0 down payment, just drive offs*.
*Drive off fees: First Payment Tax (tax on downpayment, tax on first payment, tax on bank fee) Bank Fee: $700 Registration/Plates/Title: $175 Doc Fee: $349

That looks pretty good. If the CAP is accurate, I get $351/mo.+tax, so maybe a rebate takes it down more? How much is that upfront tax?
Infiniti incentivizes the 39 month term, so stick with that. The 36 month payment is substantially higher.
Can i get the residual and MF on a 2017 Q50 red sport 400 awd in Utah 39/12 or 39/10 and does infinity allow MSDS? I just seen in a post above they like 39 months which is fine

This is the QX50 lease thread; the 2017 Q50 lease thread is here:
My quoted deal for 2017 QX 50 RWD Premium, Premium Plus packages in Phoenix, AZ from a Berkshire Hathaway dealer. I am scheduled to pick the vehicle this afternoon.
Retail price $39840
Minus Rebate $1000 which is part of the quoted savings of $7499.58 brings the selling price to $32,340.42
Plus Dealer installed options of $599, sub total of $32,939.42
Plus Fees of $1,152.12 which is: $449 doc fee, Lieu tax $679.87, postage $1.50, Registration $8.75, tire fee $5.00, title $8.00
Plus Sales Taxes of $2,763.98 which is: city 2.0%, county .700%, state 5.6%, transit tax under 10k city .3000%
Net sale price of $36,855.52
39mos / 10k lease
No out of pocket money at delivery, first payment rolled into deal so I'll only have 38 payments of $400.88.
Thoughts, comments?
Questions if you would answer:
Why does it appear I am paying sales tax on the entire $32,939.42, shouldn't I be taxed on my use and not the residual amount also? Is the dealer rolling profit back into this deal and disclosing it as tax?
After 35 plus years of buying and leasing cars, I have to admit this was the most difficult transaction and sleazy feeling from all dealerships we shopped to finally reach this point. Thankful we might not have to go thru this for another 38 months. Your help and wisdom is appreciated.

You are correct, AZ taxes the monthly payment on a lease; you'll have to ask the dealer why they are assessing tax on the entire selling price.
I don't see reference to the Infiniti acquisition fee of $700 in your breakdown - frankly, this looks like a purchase quote to me.
And, if you were uncomfortable with this dealer, why did you make a deal with them? Were all the others worse?
Of all the dealers, this was the best, sad to say.
The break down sheet does look like a purchase, not a lease. However all B-H dealerships, we visited unknowingly, use the same break down sheet.
Yes this is a lease for $400.88 a month for 38 payments because they told us the rolled the first payment in. Zero out of pocket, zero up front costs. So is the payment legit to the numbers they provided with current MF and residual? We are waiting on the tax question from dealer.

Until the tax question is addressed, I can't really say. The number you need from the dealer is the adjusted cap cost, which will exclude the tax amount but include the acquisition and all other fees.
ok the B-H work sheet is both retail and lease. Why they would have given me retail info on a lease I have no idea. Confusing and a bit misleading whether intended.
Forget the tax as that was on a retail contract info
MSRP $39840.00
Adjusted cap cost $32939.42
zero out of pocket
39 payments of $400.88 with the dealer rolling the first payment into the deal.

$400/mo. with 38 payments on a 39 month lease on a $40K MSRP vehicle can't be a bad deal.
QX50 awd - premium and premium plus - $38k (not sure the discount) 39 month lease 15 k $390 monthly payment without taxes $1000 1st month and taxes and fees
QX50 awd - premium and premium plus - $38k (not sure the discount) 39 month lease 15 k $390 monthly payment without taxes $1000 1st month and taxes and fees
We need both the MSRP and the adjusted cap cost to figure the payment.
I got a White QX50 AWD Premium Plus 10k/39mo in Vegas 2 days ago.
345 a month after taxes/fees with 0 down. And they covered my first month Paid absolutely zero down. (They ate everything i.e dealer fee, bank fee, acquisiton fee etc)
MSRP was 42,140 Residual buy it price is 22,400
They even ate a extra month on my previous q50 lease on the pull ahead. (3 months left, Infinti covers 2) Which in itself was 322
The whole negociation process was literally 1hour over the phone/emails
It looks like the RV has dropped dramatically on this vehicle over the course of the model year-about 10%. Is this typical for Infiniti? Of course there is no 2018 model, as they're introducing a redesigned 2019 model in the spring, apparently.

Can someone please tell me how these numbers look? I was at the dealer for a few hours working this up and not sure if I can get them down any lower
39 months and 10k miles MSRP: $39,045 Got $6,187 off Adjusted price $32, 857 MF: was .00003 I belive they told me the residual was 51% Taxes in my county are 6%
I wanted to pay all the starts up front which came out to around $1,600 down. They were offering me $369 at that amount down. I didnt like the number so they came back and told me only $800 down and $369 tax in.

You can do much better
Read what i wrote on Nov 16th
I got a QX50 AWD Premium Plus + 42,140 MSRP for 318+taxes (8.25%) = 345. And It was 100% 0 down sign and drive. Nothing paid upfront, not even first month.
They discounted the car MSRP to roughly 32,8xx which was 22% off. Only rebate I recieved was 500 off . Didn't even have VPP or anything else stackable.

If it's RWD, then .00003 MF and 51% is correct AWD residual is 53%.
If $32,857 is the adjusted CAP cost, then $334/mo.+tax. which would be about $354/mo. That's about $15/mo. off. That might not be the adjusted CAP with everything rolled in, though.
It's a pretty reasonable payment for a $39K MSRP vehicle. Never hurts to push for more.
