I get $395/mo with those prices. Pretty durn close to your quote - I'll chalk it up to a rounding error.

What is the selling price and/or adjusted CAP cost?
If they are paying $1600 on your old lease, that is adding $45/mo. to the payment.
If the family package is an option on a different unit, figure another $17/mo.

They are paying it but it's coming out of their pocket. It's not being added onto my payment. They have a program where they take up to 8months of your payments supposedly.  I asked them this morning for the selling price but they haven't responded yet.

That lack of transparency would concern me. Until you've seen all the numbers, you won't know for sure that they are "eating" the remaining payments or rolling them over into the new lease.

And - who has the program? The dealer? Or is this a Nissan program?

There is no free lunch. They may not be adding the amount to your lease, but you can be sure that they are making it up on the sale price of the car. The dealer may have a "program", but unless the manufacturer is backing it up, it's an extra cost for the dealer, and that will be reflected in your deal.

Hi.  I am looking to lease another pathfinder.  I went to the dealer the other day.  For April he gave me .00083 mf and 59% residual on a 2017 SL 12/36. Is this information accurate for April 2017? I am in New York.  He also told me there was 1750 in incentives.  I have been looking for incentives but didn't see any in particular and I was wondering where he got this from.  I have a current pathfinder we are leasing not sure if it was kind of loyalty thing.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks. We don't have any incentive information

Since his residual was off, I'd assume he was reading from the wrong program, or making up numbers off the top of his head. Or, since it's NY, maybe a 3rd party bank.

Yes 4x4 is correct.  Sorry for not mentioning that.  As far as I know it will go through Nissan again.  My current lease does and it's the same dealer.   Not sure why he would inflate the residual since it would give me a lower lease monthly.  I will have to go back to him and ask him to confirm his numbers.   Thanks for the help.  Michael

One more question.  These numbers are set by Nissan right? So if they are leasing it through Nissan these are unequivocally the numbers they should be using? I did a sample lease calculation  using the number you provided and the numbers provided by the dealer and your numbers with the lower residual and the lower money factor came in a few dollars less a month.  Thanks

Yes, our numbers are from NMAC.

Dealers can choose to use third party banks for leases; if they do, we don't have that data to confirm.
