Using the MSRP and net prices you've provided, I get $411/mo before taxes, and assuming all fees are paid up front.

We do not recommend money down for a lease - just the first payment and any registration costs. Roll the other fees, and taxes (if applicable) into the selling price. This is known as the "adjusted cap cost" - get that number from the dealer where you got your quote.
