See attached pdf, which are the offered numbers for a 2017 GS 350 F-Sport in South Florida, 36 mos, 10k miles (MSRP 57,015). Is this a good deal? What can I improve on? Having trouble as I had 2014 GS 350 F-Sport 36/12, with extras (maintenance package, etc) and was only paying $630/month. This is almost $100 more per month for same car, with less miles and packages.

The calculations are correct. Money factor and residual seem to be in-line, as well.

Couple of things: Not counting the rebate, the discount from MSRP is about 6.5%. You may be able to do better on that. Also, a $799 dealer fee? That cuts your effective discount to 5% off MSRP.

That's really where to negotiate. On the purchase price. Another $2000 off would knock $62/mo. off the payment.

They were blowing the GS out cheap in 2014. That is no longer the case.

We don't have any 2015 lease information. They'd have to be really, really cheap to lease better than a '16 or a '17.

Lexus MF and residual are regional, but we only have some of the regions. What state are you in? MF could be .00110 where you are.

What does the $2000 at signing cover?

Using your prices, I get $702/mo plus tax. The quote of $651/mo looks good, but you're right, we need more details from the dealer.

Ask for the adjusted cap cost.

Base MF is .00080; looks like the dealer is marking it up on you for extra profit.

And, we'd need to know the adjusted cap cost, inclusive of any taxes or fees you aren't paying up front.

Speaking of up front, we suggest you limit it to just the first payment and DMV costs.

My advice? Test drive them all - trying to find the best numbers won't work well if you don't like the car you end up with.

But, MB tends to lease better than Audi.
