Whats the RV for SR5 4x4 v6 double cab automatic with lift, leather, 33" tires, etc. Dealer trying to tell me those items (though part of the msrp) isnt rididualized lol. I say bs - they were really pushy to try and get rid of over stock of base models.

If those are dealer add-ons, they probably can't be residualized. The dealer has no incentive to lie about that. Anything that adds to the residual helps lower the price, and makes it more likely for them to make a sale.

Yotalife, I have spoken to multiple dealers who have told me consistently that the MRM (maximum residualized MSRP) on SR5 V6 4x4 automatic is $35,500. I am in SE. They are all quoting me 78% residual on 36\12 but if MSRP is higher than $35,500 the actual percentage is lower as it will be 78% of the $35,500. So taking a bunch of options results in us paying 100% for them.

Looking for 36 months with 12 or 13k miles/year. I just came back from the dealer and they quoted me 54% with a .0034 mf. Those numbers just seem way off to me.

Sorry, but we don't have lease program information for the Southeast Toyota region.

I certainly wouldn't lease a vehicle with those numbers, in any event.

thank you, that was exactly my thinking. Understand you don't have numbers for the south east but is it fair to expect the residuals to be 2 to 3% different than other regions? I have a hard time believing the 54%

Can't really say - SE Toyota seems to use a completely different leasing model than every other region in the US.

It sounds inflated. But, the dealer can mark up the base rate for extra profit.
