    Could you please give me a monthly payment calc based on the following scenario?

    I am a former lease customer of LFS within the last two years with a completed lease. Not sure if there is any loyalty money.

    2017 Lexus RC350 AWD F Sport (36mo 12k lease) Ultrasonic Blue with Mark Levinson Nav and several options.

    I would fall under top tier credit. FICO is 780.

    MSRP=$56,743 ($995 Destination Charge)
    Dealer Discount=$3,250 (not sure if this is good or I can do better)
    Adjusted Cap Cost=$53,493
    Acq Fee: $795 (Can this be waived in any circumstance)
    Lease Cash=$3,500
    Down Payment of $5,000

    They aren't taking the Acura in trade? You may be on the hook for any additional lease end charges, the way your deal is structured. Disposition fee, wear and tear, mileage ...

    Using the MSRP and adjusted cap cost you've provided, I get $544/mo plus tax

    What state and tax rate?

    You'll have to ask the dealer how they arrived at the adjusted cap cost - if they don't want to be transparent, it tells you that you should shop another dealer.

    I believe there is also a $5,000 lease cash this month? Even if residuals are not great this may help.
