47% is correct for the RC-F; 53% is the 36/10 residual for the RC200t or RC300 AWD.

Florida. Dealer fee is around $800 so I would bring around $4,000 to signing after tax monthly would be about $380

That's what I figured.

It's actually a decent deal. About $480/mo, with just first payment due at signing.
Which is how I would structure it.

But, be careful... Make sure you know the exact numbers before you agree to it. Any time the numbers are "fluid", you can be out an extra $700-$800, before you know it.

Also, the $2530 is meant to cover the fees listed above (which total about $2k), plus the first month’s payment of $530.

Someone in a local Lexus forum told me yesterday that he got a $0 sign and drive from dealer 2 for $479 per month. That was with a 36 month 12k per month lease. Assuming similar taxes and fees (minus the doc fee, which supposedly dealer 2 doesn’t have), what would the adjusted cap cost have to be to get to that number? Yes, the MSRP for the other deal was exactly the same. I verified it with the other person. He got 9% off MSRP (about $4,700)plus the $5,000 lease cash. The other dealer didn’t have a doc fee, so that saved him $995. For some reason, the other dealer won’t replicate that deal for me. There’s only two dealers with this car in Florida so my options are limited. Any thoughts? In any event, what do you think of the deal I did negotiate above (with the additional info I provided regarding adjusted cap cost and breakdown of the $2530 down payment)? Thanks so much.

I suspect that the dealers know the car is in short supply, so they are holding firm on the price.

$530/mo, tax included, on a $52K car is still a good deal.
