47% is correct for the RC-F; 53% is the 36/10 residual for the RC200t or RC300 AWD.

Do you mind proving the December numbers for the 17 RC TurboFS and 350FS in Florida. 30/36, 10/12/15k? Also provide MF and Cash?

    Thanks!

Can you provide me numbers for 2017 RC 350 15k miles and 36 months in Illinois. Also when negotiating sales price, is KBB fair value a good reference or is there generally a % off msrp that is a good rule of thumb to stick by.

    Thanks in Advance

No experience with KBB new car pricing.

You have about 5.5% of MSRP to play with, in addition to the $5500.

I guess to help others, I was able to get a dealer down to 9.8% off msrp without the incentives added.

    Thanks for the quick response

Hi I leased an RC200t F-Sport a couple weeks ago and wanted to share my pricing so it could help others out. I got a 13.5% discount BEFORE the 5,000 Lease Cash (at the time it was not 5,500). I've attached a breakdown of all of the numbers. If anyone has any questions or would like me to connect them with the dealer (Socal) I worked with feel free to post or PM me. Thank you for these forums they are a consumers best friend.

Florida. Dealer fee is around $800 so I would bring around $4,000 to signing after tax monthly would be about $380

    That's what I figured. ;)

It's actually a decent deal. About $480/mo, with just first payment due at signing.
Which is how I would structure it.

But, be careful... Make sure you know the exact numbers before you agree to it. Any time the numbers are "fluid", you can be out an extra $700-$800, before you know it.

Thank you! Total crap residual, even at 36 months. Its 47%. I would have to negotiate about 15% off MSRP to even consider that deal.

Hi, wondering if you will help me analyze if this is an ok deal:
    2017 RC350 FSport
Atomic silver with red roja interior
    MSRP of 52,350
Discount of $8743 (this includes the $5,000 lease cash)
    Adjusted Price of $43,607
    Taxable fees of $160
    Doc Fee of $995 (outrageous)
    Tax of $117
Non-Tax Fees of $997 (who knows what these are)
    Net price of $45,877
$2,530 out of pocket includes first month’s payment
39 month lease with 15k miles per year
$530 per month payment includes 7% sales tax

I have another dealer willing to do $500 per month, including sales tax. Same MSRP (more or less) but won’t break down the numbers. To get to this payment, the discount basically has to be about $1,000 more than the $8743 quoted by the first dealer. Obviously I will try to get the first dealer to match that discount.

    Thanks so much!

What is the adjusted cap cost dealer 1 is using to get the $530/mo quote?

With those prices, and the MF/RV I supplied earlier, I get $522/mo with tax.

What is the breakdown of the $2530 up front cash?

Must be Florida, with a doc fee that high.

Yes, it is Florida. Highest doc fee I ever saw today ($995). I would think the adjusted cap cost dealer 1 is using would be the $43,607 (MSRP minus discount listed above). Is that not right? Also, the $2530 is meant to cover the fees listed above (which total about $2k), plus the first month’s payment of $530.

Someone in a local Lexus forum told me yesterday that he got a $0 sign and drive from dealer 2 for $479 per month. That was with a 36 month 12k per month lease. Assuming similar taxes and fees (minus the doc fee, which supposedly dealer 2 doesn’t have), what would the adjusted cap cost have to be to get to that number? I’m trying to see if that is even possible. Thanks for all you help and Happy New Year.

Is the MSRP from the other deal the same as yours? If not, then it's hard to compare your deal to theirs.

You can structure the deal however you like - we suggest just first payment and registration costs be paid at signing, then roll everything else into the lease payment.

Yes, the MSRP for the other deal was exactly the same. I verified it with the other person. He got 9% off MSRP (about $4,700)plus the $5,000 lease cash. The other dealer didn’t have a doc fee, so that saved him $995. For some reason, the other dealer won’t replicate that deal for me. There’s only two dealers with this car in Florida so my options are limited. Any thoughts? In any event, what do you think of the deal I did negotiate above (with the additional info I provided regarding adjusted cap cost and breakdown of the $2530 down payment)? Thanks so much.

I suspect that the dealers know the car is in short supply, so they are holding firm on the price.

$530/mo, tax included, on a $52K car is still a good deal.

$2500 lease cash (we think - we don't have the Eastern regional numbers)

Hey guys. Looking to lease a 2018 RC 300 RWD in NY. MF & RV for 7.5/10K mi for 36 mo?
    Incentives?
MSRP is $42,254. Only options are a rear spoiler and all weather package.
What would be a reasonable cap cost & $0 down sign & drive monthly payment? My credit is Tier1 and I currently lease a 4Runner. Does Lexus ever offer any cross promotional incentives for long time Toyota customers?
    Thank you for your time.
