I wouldn't roll $5000 of trade-in equity into a lease.
I'd want an itemization of the $1614. Acquisition fee is $795. That leaves a lot more. If you have $1000 out of pocket, then the first payment should be coming out of that money. Not sure why you'd even put up any more money, if you have $5000 of equity you are putting towards the lease.
Base money factor is .00001, so they are marking that up, substantially.
That adds about $39/mo, once you account for tax.

He said my score was a 670 and showed me the bureaus which they pulled all three. Highest was 698. Which is a Tier 2. He showed me the program sheet and it has the .00055 for Tier 2 under RC for that credit score range. The credit score seems low, as I am usually in the mid 700s. I have done a lot with credit lately. I am happy with the car. The people there seemed great.

Thanks for the numbers. I got quotes from two dealerships. One is being pretty up front about numbers. The car is a 2017 RC300 F Sport with MSRP of $50,945. They claim they are giving me 10% off of MSRP, taking the $5000 off on top of that, using MF of 0.00001, residual of 54% for 36 months and 10k miles per year. Payment is $456 with only first payment up front.

The other dealership has two cars I'm interested in. One has an MSRP of $51,753 and the other has an MSRP of $44,652. They claim they are matching the other dealership and are giving me 10% off MSRP with the MF and residuals listed above, then the $5000 lease cash, and are coming up with payments of $518 and $428. I am trying to clarify the figures with them.

Can you run those numbers for me please?

You need the adjusted CAP cost with all taxes and fees added in to check the calculation.
On the first one, adjusted CAP would have to be about $43,900 to get that payment. That's about $3000 for tax, acquisition fee and DMV/dealer fees. Ask them for the adjusted CAP and an itemization of what's been added to the selling price.

Obviously, the deals from the other dealer are substantially higher. So, when you ask them the questions, you should find out where the issue is.

I show a MF of .00001 for the RC in the Eastern region.

But, with your numbers, I get a slightly higher payment than the offer sheet - $400/mo with tax included.

Your deal looks pretty good, by comparison.

Hello based of a MSRP of 53,300 do you believe a 10k/36mo lease for a RC 350 would be able to be in the low 400 a month range with only 2k down instead of the suggested 4k as they ask for in the lease special. Of course this is considering the dealership discounts some money off the MSRP.

Why do you feel a need to get out of your current situation with so much negative equity? Even with the large up front cash amount, that is adding a lot to the lease payment.
