LT and LTZ are Tahoe trim levels.

Is MF pretty set or is it based off credit? Also, I assume the MF (interest rate) is applied to negotiated price when calculating monthly payment?

Based off the info I gave what would you expect lease payments to be? I want to make sure I'm calculating correctly. 

 I'm new to leasing trying to go in educated.

The MF we quote is for top tier credit; if your credit is less than stellar, the MF will go up, accordingly.

for an average Msrp and the roughly 8k websites say I can save off msrp. 
How much will I expect my monthly payments to be? 
and at what money factor and residual % can I leave the dealership feeling confident I got a good deal?

We would need MSRP and selling price to estimate a payment.

Something to keep in mind: GM might offer big rebates/incentives for purchase that aren't compatible with the lease program.

He's been pretty valuable - gone from NY to OK to TX (the first two plants were closed).

Doubtful you'll see any major reduction in the finance rates on these ... in fact, all the large SUV's have high MF (Sequoia, Land Cruiser, QX80).

Hi - thanks for previous help with 17 SLT XL. Since then, a 17 Denali XL has come into the picture. I would be curious your thoughts on the following offer:
MSRP = $77,585
Selling Price = $73,211
Monthly Lease Payment = $799.00
Does that seem accurate/fair to you?
Also - it may be worth noting I have 4 more lease payments for a 15 SLT XL(with cracked windshield needing new one) that they will absorb as a "pull ahead" incentive to move me into the Denali

What lease term and how many miles per year?

How much is due at signing?

State and tax rate?

And, I would confirm the 'pull ahead' - dealers often fold the remaining payments of an old lease into the new one. If I were you, I'd do some research on how much your '15 is worth in trade and what the payoff value is.

Many people think "Oh, I've got 4 payments left at $700 - the dealer will eat that $2800 if I lease something new with them". Uh, no, they won't.

Thanks for quick response. In Pennsylvania whixh has 6% tax. Due at signing would be first months payment , plus usual tax, tags etc. 

On current lease contract , shows the RV would be 43K. Book on it appears to be @ 40k We are coming out of 39/10k contract. Current miles 22K

Looking to do same terms 39 mos / 10k yR for the new Denali 

does this help you determine if $799 mos is an acceptable deal or more room in it ?

Actually, PA levies a 3% surcharge on lease taxes, bringing the total rate to 9% (ouch)

39/10 on the Denali XL is .00181 and 57%.

Call GM to get the payoff value - a rough estimate would be the RV plus the remaining payments, but that may not account for everything.

Using your prices, and adding in sales tax, I get a payment of $1042/mo

$799/mo looks pretty impressive by comparison. But, I'd want to confirm everything, especially how much is due at signing.

That SLE 4x4 RV looks good for 36/10. What about the Denali, it's gotta be higher right? I'd like to get the numbers on 36/15k or maybe 33/15k (whatever the sweet spot is). Does GM allow off-year terms? I.e 27, 30, 33 months? I'm assuming if I wanted to go 12k per year it should add 2-3% on the RV, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Denali residuals are 7% lower than the SLE.

SLT or Denali: .00181 MF and 57% residual
Add 4% to residual for SLE

Those $10K off deals are not likely to be compatible with a lease.
If you have a GM employee/family deal, that's probably the best way to go.
