Why does it seem as if the residual has decreased for the denali but increased for the SLE since the beginning of the year? Do you know of the best place to track new incentives on Yukons? Thanks in advance.

We don't track historical information on residual; in general, residual decreases throughout the model year, unless the bank feels they need to prop up the residual to help move inventory.

No insight on where to get incentive information.

I'm in South Florida and I currently have 8 months remaining on my GMC Acadia Denali. I was looking to lease a Yukon SLT or Denali.  The dealership advised that my current lease was on the early manifest list which means that they would credit 4 months of payments and 2k rebate towards a new lease that expires on July 31.  We did not come to an agreement on a new lease for a SLT-Premium Edition (MSRP $65,860.00)

The sales manager said my payment would be in the $920-940 range(12k/39mos/3500down) but with the early lease buy/back program my payment would be $850 range(12k/39mos/3500down)

I wanted to know what others are paying for 12k/36mos, inceptions down.

What  MF/RV I should be looking for in a SLT -Premium in South Florida (zip code 33413)?

Is the MF/ RV the same in the Denalis ?

Additionally I received an exclusive private offer that provides for an extra $5000 off a Yukon in dealer stock plus 90 day deferred monthly payments. Have you guys heard of this deal? Does this apply to any of the leases?

I am deliberating between a 2017 Yukon and a 2017 Tahoe. Anyone have any ideas on which car and why? We will not be using the vehicle for any other purpose than as a family vehicle (4 kids). Price is definitely a factor so if either one has better lease deals please let me know. Thank you!

That's a little less than what they quoted, but not sure your $1600 would cover everything due upfront, including the acquisition fee.

There are no program numbers for the 2016 Yukon.

36/15 2017 Yukon Denali - .00181 and 56%
Add 2% for 12K

The older they get the worse the lease gets, Residual continues to drop.
