$43,275 - 2,000 - 2,550 - 4,371= $34,354, but that's just an assumption.

Best to ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost.

And, we do not recommend making such a large down payment on a lease.

The 2018 models will have their own lease program; cannot use the 2017 numbers.

While we have some 2018 numbers, the F-150 is not among them

i think just exterior front/rear fascia have been cleaned up for 2018, if selecting the 3.5L EB and 10spd. otherwise nothing really offered that you can't get now - and they withheld the Power Stroke diesel until next Spring so that's a non-factor if you need a truck in the near term. my assumptions/opinions about the diesel are that DEF will need to occupy the extended fuel tank option rendering the time-between-fill-ups every similar to the gas models with the 36gal tanks although the MPG's are better with the diesel.

i'm seeing big discounts off the MSRP for 2017 "luxury" trims (lariat and above). wondering if those are normal, or if they are to clear lot space for the incoming 2018 orders. i can't imagine 15%+ off MSRP is "normal" but not used to domestic truck market.

No prediction on that. Incentives might improve, but no guarantee.

Residuals will stay the same through September. Those only change quarterly.

Only when the new numbers are released in October, but yes, the residuals almost always go down as the model year progresses.

If I take the sum of the payments, tax them, then add the tax back into the selling price, I get $556/mo.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost they are using to get the $615/mo payment quote. Might be some fees in there we need to be aware of.
