This is likely a third party bank (Ally or US Bank). High residual, high MF but decent incentives.

It'll be my first lease so bu adjusted cap cost, you mean how much the car will be after rebates and down payments? I don't plan to do a down payment, I was planning to do security payments after I bring down the numbers. I think they have an online price that brings it down to 31,060.

Adjusted cap cost - selling price plus taxes and fees you aren't paying up front, less any up front cash.

What is the adjusted cap cost, if the taxes and fees are being rolled in?

On the surface, looks good relative to MSRP.

I don't know the adjusted cap cost. Let's assume adjusted cap cost is $41,000.
Taxes and fees are being rolled. At signing - first month and dmv.
I am not a fan of leases that go beyond the manufactures warranty, and if they do I feel like I am its got to be a great deal because I am taking on more risk.

Without the specific numbers, it's hard for us to really comment.

If your up front costs are that low, then I'll say it's a good deal.

Agree with your statement about leases that extend beyond the warranty period - and, you may be on the hook for consumables like brakes and tires before the lease end.

Assuming the Price/ Cap Cost are VERY close, let's say $37k. what's the better/ cheaper lease for 36 mos, 10 or 12k. Which car do you like better? A good deal isn't so good if you don't like the car you picked.

MSRP are close. Let's say one Wrangler is 40k and GC Altitude 4x4 is 39k. I actually love them both, for different reasons. I'd be happy with either, it just will come down to availability and price.

I'd like to do a 36/10k lease in FL. Dealers have quoted me between invoice end employee pricing. I've also seen residuals quoted at between 60% and 68%

Can you give me the residual and money factor for the term above with tier one credit?

Also, do dealers sell below employee pricing with or without an employee number?

I just leased a 2017 Wrangler Sport S 4 door 48 month lease with 10K miles. Residual 65% and a money factor of .00255. Tier 1 credit. He screwed all the numbers up, so now I have to go back. He is now giving me a money factor of .00193 to make up the numbers for his screw up. He also told me the acquisition fee is $816. On all the blogs I've seen the acquisition fee is $595. He told me its $816 because of it being 48 months. I had the same quote in December with 67% and MF of .00193 and it was $595. Is it always a standard fee of 595?
