    First thank you for all your help! Looks like a lot of work :)

    Looking above I see a 61% .00166 residual on a 2017 TD6 12/36

    The dealer down here is telling me .00186 60%. I realize that they can markup the MF but is it common to also modify the residual?

    Do you know if they will stop leasing the 2017's in April?

    Dealer cannot modify the residual. Confirm the trim level they are referring to.

    Here are the numbers on the vehicle. I asked for the numbers on 36mo/10K lease. I calculate the monthly payment to come in just under $1200 including tax with just first months payment and fees due. They sent me a quote on 5K miles that a lot higher than I was expecting. Am I wrong here? Where do you think the inflation may be?

    Those prices are for a purchase, not a lease. Florida taxes the monthly payment, so the tax number won't apply, and no mention of the acquisition fee, either.

    I'd put the payment closer to $1270 with tax for 36/10. A big markup to the money factor could easily add $180/mo. to that payment.

    Ask them for the money factor used, and the actual residual amount (since it's a loaner).
    Don't expect to get a reasonable deal from a Land Rover dealer.

    If you'd be happy with $1200/mo, then offer that, and walk away if they say no.

    We don't see that... We show a Base (maybe SE?) and an HSE. Gas or Diesel
    After that, it looks like all V-8s, as you go up.

    Thanks A LOT for your help. Got a 2017 RR HSE Td6 MSRP $103800, Selling Price $89400, last day of March with .00082 MF. :) I paid $5500 down with credit card (needed the points! - dont recommend DP on lease). Payment comes to $796+tax. This was out-of-state deal. We flew to CA to test drive & sign. Dealer also shipped the car to our home in WA for free - took about 3 weeks to deliver. The entire buying experience was smooth & very nice. :smile:

    There are no lease programs for the 2017 model year.
