List $45,349, selling price was $40,849. Using 9 MSD's and putting only 1st payment & tags down, payment
is $471.00 with tax in NJ on a 36/12K lease

I am looking for a base model the msrp is $35,800, I haven't gone to the dealer yet to negotiate final price, which will be below msrp.
Can anyone tell me if you think I can get the lease at $385 a month with taxes?? Please provide the calculations if possible so I can have an idea. Thank you so much

At MSRP, mid-high $400s/mo.

You'll need a $3000 discount to get much below $400/mo.

I was told that the invoice price is about $2,500 below MSRP. Does this sound right? I lease other cars a little below invoice.. is it possible to negotiate a 4Runner below invoice? Or due to high demand the best final price I would possibly get would be invoice? Thank you

We don't track selling prices - use the 'make / model / year' pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools.

Given the sheer number of Toyota dealers in SoCal, you have a fighting chance of getting what you want. The 4Runner is, however, pretty popular.

It's possible, but not advisable.

A lease that long means you'll be responsible for consumable maintenance - tires, brakes, etc.
