In need of some direction. I am trying to make a deal on a 2016 leftover Toyota 4Runner limited asking price is $43,500 and not comming off that price. They are telling me $700 a month, 36/12 nothing down but first month payment, upstate NY. What should this car be for monthly payment?

I don't know, but that seems like way too much.
Not sure they have decent lease programs for leftover 2016 model. That might not be a vehicle that you want to lease. Might be able to lease a new 2017 for less than that.

in a 36 month lease with 12k miles. I am in southern CA. Do you have the July #s yet? If not please if you can provide June #s

I am trying to negotiate on a 2017 4Runner Limited with 3rd row in Southern California. It seems like the MF is high at .00215. Right now I am at morph of $47609 with price I'd $45663.

With $0 down getting payment of $588 on 36/12. I am totally new to leasing but I was wondering what the MF and RV are in CA. Being told .00215 and 65% by dealer.

Your help is totally appreciated.

I show 64% for 36/12 on the 4Runner Limited.

That is the standard MF from Toyota. 4Runners are popular, so no reason to discount the MF to move inventory.

Ok, trying to compare to Explorer and Pathfinder. Seems like Toyota really charges the most with no incentives. Do the dealers ever run lease through us bank or anything? Thank you for your quick response. I also saw the rates were good through 4th of July, wondering if there might be any change starting today.

The Toyota numbers actually expire today.

Toyota does occasionally use a third party bank; talk with the finance manager at the dealer to confirm.

Toyota has a lease deal posted on their website for Denver area. 2017 4Runner SR5 4x4. MSRP $37,114. It says $3,499 due at signing, $339/mo for 36 months w/12k miles per year. But later says down payment of $2,510 and 1st payment of $339 due at signing, security deposit waived, which would mean security deposit would have been $650. They show RV is $23,382 and Net Cap Cost is $32,412 based on $2,510 down payment and dealer participation which would have to be $2,192.

What do you show for 2017 SR5 4x4 Model #8664 RV and MF on 36/12k? And with the values you have, can you make that lease match their numbers on your lease calculator because I can't. I come out with a money factor of .00158 given the RV is .63 since they tell us it's $23,382 and MSRP is $37,114. That's assuming the $339 payment is without tax, though I've leased with Toyota before and always gotten the dealer to make the total payment equal the promotional payment quoted.

$2510 down payment + $650 acquisition fee + $339 1st payment = $3499
The security deposit waiver isn't part of the $3499.
The $339 payment is pre-tax.


.00225 MF and 63% residual for 36/12.

But, it doesn't calculate correctly for me, either. I get $376/mo., with those numbers.
I'll guess the Net CAP they've provided is incorrect. If there is another explanation, I don't have it.

63% and .00225

To buy extra miles, you first have to start with 15K per year (61% residual). Dealer will know the per mile charge for them.
