I'm looking at a 2017 Ford Focus Hatchback SEL. Zip code 33165, 36mo/15K, what is the residual % & money factor?

2017 Ford Focus Electric, California, 36/10.5K.

Doesn't seem as though Ford is offering lease programs on the Focus Electric this month.

If they are, the residual is 32%, but we have no other info.

2 out of 3 ford dealers I talked to lied about the residual value. (31% and 29%). Didn't know dealers lie about the residual value.

The final offer I got from the 3rd Ford dealer for 10.5K/35M is:
MSRP: 31470
Purchase Price: 29095
Taxed Incentives: 11750
Residual: 32%

Drive off: 1577
Monthly Payment (Incl. tax): 260
Location: SoCal
Tax rate: 7.75%
post purchase rebate: $2500 from CA

Does this seems to be a reasonable deal?

The residual is fixed by the bank, and the dealer cannot modify it. Might be those numbers are for different terms or miles per year.

That said, $260/mo for a vehicle that stickers at more than $31K is a good payment.

What does the $1577 at signing cover?

1577 covers $260 first month payment, $400 registration and doc fee and $917 tax on incentives

So.. $1577 upfront, $260/mo, plus you get $2500 back? That's cheap.

If the selling price is the adjusted CAP cost, I get $183/mo.+tax, which is around $200/mo.

The items you mention certainly won't add up to exactly $1000. To calculate the payment exactly, ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and an itemization of all charges.
