Here's the information that you're looking for, Ray.

BMW Financial Services' July buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 335is Coupe with 15,000 miles per year are .00190 and 60%, respectively for non-returning customers who qualify for its top credit tiers.

Here you go lefty26. BMW Financial Services' July buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 328xi Coupe with 10,000 miles per year are .00190 and 66%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

This money factor is .00030 lower for loyal customers.

Yes, generally speaking one can multiply their vehicle's MSRP percentage times its full MSRP, including destination and options, to figure out its end-of-term purchase option price.

Hi tdbrph. BMW Financial Services' July buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2011 328i Sedan with 10,000 miles per year are .00190 and 73%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease are .00190 and 65%.

If you are a loyal customer, this car's money factors will be .00030 lower.

Hi mike513. What the dealer told you is correct. The $750 cash incentive on the 3-Series is indeed only available on Sedans, not Coupes or Convertibles.

Hello jeny. BMW Financial Services' July buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2011 335i Coupe with 15,000 miles per year are .00180 and 68%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.

This money factor is .00030 lower for loyal customers. A selling price of $700 below dealer invoice sounds a little aggressive to me. You can give it a shot, but I have a feeling that you won't find any takers.

Hi hypnotics. Unfortunately, I haven't seen BMW FS' standard money factors for your area recently. They really shouldn't matter though, most BMW models have "special" rates available on them right now. What car are you interested in?

What are the money factor and residual value percentage for a 2011 328 xi for 36 months and 12,000 miles per year?

    Car_man,

Can you post the August money factor and residuals for 328xi and 335xi for 36 months / 10K miles?

Also, can I get loyalty incentive if my brother has a BMW but lives in a different state / has different address?

    Thanks

    Hi Car_Man,

    I'm working on a deal for a 2011 328i sedan. I need to know a few things...

I've got the loyalty and Drive for the Olympics incentives already, but is the $750 BMW incentive still active? If so, can I use all 3 for a total of $2750 in incentives?

Also, can you give me the August money factor/residual for a 2011 328i sedan?

    24 and 36 months, 10k/year

I'm trying to figure out the best deal...last month the 24 month residual was far better than 36.

    Thanks
  • jagoojagoo Member Posts: 23
The $750 incentive still applies until the end of August and you can use your "drive event" coupon until October 31. I am not sure about the loyalty incentive.

    Hi Car_man,

What is the money factor and residual on a 2011 328Xi for a 36 month, 12,000 miles lease for August? I went to the dealer today and the mf they gave me was 0.00175 which seems high considering it's end of model year. Thanks for your help.

Hi jon02. BMW Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 328xi Sedan with 12,000 miles per year are .00185 and 63%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

This car's factor is .00030 lower for loyal customers.

Greetings hash2. BMW Financial Services' August buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 328xi Sedan with 10,000 miles per year are .00185 and 64%.

The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of an '11 335xi Sedan are .00185 and 61%.

Unfortunately, the fact that your brother has a BMW will not make you eligible for the loyalty incentive yourself. You can at least take advantage of the $750 cash incentive that BMW is currently providing on leases of these cars.

Are there any incentives I should be aware of and what else should I be paying attention to? This my first time leasing. Thank you!!

    Hello,
looking for some info on leasing a car with some miles on it.
two dealerships by me have 2011 328xi coupes both with approx 7k miles on them.
Both would sticker for 43k/44k both are listed right now at 39k.
Is there anything I should know about making a lease offer on a car with miles on it? can I just take the msrp of 44k and a negotiated price of 39k in a lease calc and use that? I believe I saw there was a 1k incentive and a 750 incentive, would these still apply?
    Thanks in advance.

Last time I checked, BMWFS lowers the residual by $0.30/mile, for every mile over 500..

So, a vehicle with 7K miles would have a $1950 lower residual...

Do you have the august residuals and money factors available for a 2011 328i coupe at 10,000/year for 36 months in SoCal? In looking through recent posts I have seen for the xi, but believe the rwd has a higher residual based on past posts

Here's the information that you're looking for, watermap.

BMW Financial Services' August buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 328i Sedan with 12,000 miles per year are .00190 and 62%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.

The money factor for loyal customers is .00030 lower.

If you were to lease with only 10,000 miles per year, this car's residual values would be 1% higher.

When negotiating your deal on this car, make sure to take advantage of the $750 cash incentive that BMW is currently providing on leases of it.

Hi jestok. This particular discussion is for questions about the 3-Series. Please post any questions that you have on the 1-Series in the following discussion:

    http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/WebX/.f18e524/182

Since we're already here, here's the information that you're looking for. BMW Financial Services' buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2011 128i with 12,000 miles per year are .00195 and 59%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.

The money factor for loyal customers is .00030 lower.

The fact that you want to put $5,000 down would not have any impact upon this car's lease program, but it's really not a good idea to make large down payments on leased vehicles. Consumers who do so risk losing part or all of the money that they put down if their vehicle is totaled in an accident or stolen and never recovered. Even though it means that your monthly payment will be higher, it's much safer to go with a zero down lease.

    Hi,

Was wondering what the Residual's and MF's are for the 2011 335i Sedan.

If I could get 24 months at 10 and 12K a year and 36 months at 10 and 12K miles per year that would be great! Current BMW owner so I am assuming I qualify for the $1000 Loyalty Cash and the $750 Lease Cash as well. Do I also get the .00030 discount on top of the Loyalty Cash?

    Thanks!

    Hi carman,

If possible can I get the latest buy-rate MF and residual for 2011 335xi sedan? 27 months (or is it 24 now?) at 15K per year. Also, it looks like they are still offering the $1840 in dealer incentive for x-drives and $750 for lease cash (do you know the terms for getting the 750?) I'm in Northern CA.

Not sure if your mb/BMW comparison was financial or performance however my recent test drive of an e350 conv 2012 didnt come close to the bimmer.
The e350 has loud, irritating shifting up and down with miles away from the Smooth overall powerful ride of the 3 series.

How does the above apply to putting down entire amount of lease in one payment?
Some dealers offer programs for one time lease payments..

In my case, I have an issue with credit - I would like to put down entire lease payments up front, (less interest or factor) with the proviso that I do not risk monies in the event of total loss ie, fire, theft, accident?

Any experience regarding this with BMW?

    Thanks

BMW amortizes their one-payment leases, as though the payments were made each month...

If the lease is terminated early, the unused portion of the one-pay lease is returned to the lessee..

Not the same treatment, as if you made a large Cap cost reduction..

    Hello,
I live in Seattle and am trying to get an idea of a good price for a 2011 328xDrive lease for 36 months. Here are the options:
    Alpine White
    Black Dakota Leather
Automatic, Value, Premium, and Convenience package.
    MSRP43,225
What the dealer offered so far: 40,850
How much more wiggle room do I have in the price?
What is the money factor and residual if I wanted 15k miles a year? (I am currently leasing a BMW so I would qualify for the loyalty rate.) I want to put 2k or less as the down payment. Are there any other incentives available? What should be a considered a good lease deal for this car? Thanks in advance for your time.
