I have same vehicle 2014 model Same options, but am paying $451 with tire insurance. Told I should make this deal or looose it. Also I have to wait 4-6 weeks because it has to be built. I know you said I should ask or look for at least a 7% off MSRP. Do you find this price quote is too high? Btw- dealer said he added the $1000 corporate fleet discount. Please help. My lease is over next week

I get $474/mo with those prices - pretty close.

I'd skip the tire insurance; I'm sure you can get new tires for way less than the $2000+ that policy would cost you.

The acquisition fee is $925, and there is a new one for each lease. The disposition fee may be waived, if you are coming from another BMWFS lease.

What does the $4440 cover? Seems like a lot, even for NY.

So bottom figure for this vehicle being built, $42,050.00 MSRP. is $474.00 month with tire insurance warranty.....I don't know anymore Just confused about it. Paper work says $47,195.00 with $995 destination charge....
The Cold Weather Package is $950.00
Premium Pkg 3 is $2,050.00
Leather Saddle Brown Nevada is $1150.00

What is your honest opinion?

Lease is over, extended it because we are told this vehicle has to be built. We don't want the extras except for the above. We get 3 vehicles from this dealer......so hoping this dealer is giving us a great deal considering the business we repeatedly give him once the leases are up.

The MSRP is the bottom number of the window sticker, including destination.
In other words MSRP = $47,195

If you are confused, it's because you don't have the rest of the numbers.
Selling price?
Adjusted CAP cost?
Amount due at signing?
