I haven't, because I've been focused on the sedans. Try some of the dealer websites under New Inventory...however, I've found they don't really update those, when they sell the new cars. I think you can get a really good deal, if you act this weekend. The incentives are great, and they are really trying to move these last 09s.

    Good luck

Finally got the deal done today...

    G37x Sedan + Premium Package
    39 Months, 10K per year
First month plus DMV...sign and drive, zero fees out of pocket.

$449 including NYS sales tax in the payment from dealer on Long Island

Thought I did pretty well....always think there is $10-$15 left in the payment, but probably not.

Tomorrow, I really think the deals will be final, as I believe the incentives are done on 3/1.

I would appreciate some assistance from the leasing experts on the forum. Attached is the deal that I am getting for a 2010 G37 X sedan with premium, navigation, trunk mat, trunk net and first aid kit.

    - MSRP = $41,110.
    - Invoice = $37,782.
    - Cap cost = $35,640.37 (VPP + loyalty + destination).
    - Residual = 59%.
    - Months = 39.
    - Money Factor = .00191.
    - Miles = 12,000

My monthly lease amount per my calculation is as follows:

    - Monthly with 6% tax (no down) = $436.
    - Monthly with 6% tax ($1,600 down) = $389.

My dealer is quoting $436 with a $1,600 down payment. This basically means that my cap cost is actually $37,240 versus what the dealer is claiming to be $35,640. Am I accurately representing how a down payment should be factored into the entire financial equation?

My other question is what does the group feel about providing multiple security deposits to lower the money factor. Is it advisable to go that route?

    Thanks

Good luck today Sheeed, if you go.

It was Competition in Smithtown....very far from Brooklyn, but worth a phone call at least. Infiniti Manhasset had very good lease rates too, but they only had 09 sedans with Navs, which I didn't want. They might have a coupe for you.

My guess is that the $1,600 "down payment" is actually "total drive-off" instead of capitalized cost reduction. Typical drive-offs may include bank fee, TTL, first payment, and security deposit. If that is the case, you do not include it in your lease calculation.

As to MSD, it provides about the best "return on investment" there is if you can afford the extra $4,000 or so cash outlay, which will be refunded at lease end. I believe Infiniti allows up to 9 MSDs, and for each MSD, your MF will reduce by 0.0001. Plug in the number and you will see how much you will save on the monthly payment.

I see it....very similar....your vehicle has the Nav and you did a 12K lease....so its almost the same monthly payment, but the $1600 in fees basically covers the nav and extra mileage....Good Deal.....so figure $1,600 is about $40 per month.

    thanks!

1600 covered; NJ dmv 400 something, 1st month, bank fee, doc fee tire fee and something else. the cap cost of my car was 36,099.

"G37x Sedan - Base Plus Nav and Premium - $499 per month "

I got more miles for the lease and paying 448. $51 less a month then the quote you got.

Based on some previous posts, both deals are really good. 09s are nearly identical to 10s and dealers really had to push them out. I'm LOVIN the car...never had an Infiniti before. As I had said in my previous post, I might have had another $10-$15 left in the payment. However, I was told by another dealer in my area, they could match the sign and drive monthly price I got, but it would be with a $595 bank fee...and they let me walk out the door.....so from that perspective, it must have been a good deal.

MSD's are a great "return on investment". In you scenario, doing 9 MSD's, you would save about $55 a month. This would work out to about a 15-18% per year return. If you can find a 15% per year return that is guaranteed, please let me know. If one can afford the approximately $4,000 upfront, it is definitely a smart thing to do.

Sheeed, don't know if you got your 09 G37x coupe or not, but I was just contacted today by another dealer that I visited on LI....they claim they just got a little more of an incentive to move the 09s.

I was concerned the programs would be discontinued in March, so I acted. Turns out I could have gotten a 2009 G37x with Premium + Nav, for less (like $20 less) than I got my model with just Premium....a little disappointed, but what can I do - I already own the car.

Good luck if you haven't gotten your vehicle yet.

I am new to leasing with Infiniti. Thought some folks could let me know if my current offer is a good one for a 2010 G37x sedan, nav, premium and sport. MSRP 42120.

    39 mo
    12000 miles/yr
    1590 down
    ---------
    475 + tax a month

I think I can get them down to 460/mo + tax.... thoughts is this a good deal?

    MF .00189
    Resid 61%

    sorry I was not specific

    09 G37X c prem nav 39/12K

If you have the numbers for that it would be great. Right now I am getting .002 and 58%. I feel like that % is low. The full offer was:

    39/12K
    498/mo
    2500 down

They based their net cap on 40,400 (also high in my opinion)

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

For 2009 G37x Coupe, I'm seeing two Marketing Incentives for March. The $1500 cash to dealer mentions leasing, the $3000 says applies to financing.

Are both available on an IFS lease, or just the $1500?

Also. I'm not seeing Lease Loyalty $1000 shown. Is this an ongoing program available as well or has it met its demise?

    Thanks!

You may have to special order that one.

To get tech pkg the vehicle must have Navigation, Interior Accent Pkg, and either a Sport Pkg or the Performance Tire & Wheel Pkg.

Custom order it - takes 3 months - get the colors you want.

    Sewell,

What are the incentives right now on a 2009 G37 Journey Sedan?

    Lease Incentives?
    Buy?

Do you think the 2009 is a better value with these incentives compared to a 2010 model at invoice minus $1,000? Do you think the 2010 models will ever get these kind of incentives (December '10)?

    Thanks

Hey all, thanks for your help. I just wanted to share my lease with you all so you can take your salesman to town also.

09 G37X coupe prem + nav Black on Tan 39/12K

    msrp 44,900
    net cap 39,040
    59%
    .00175
    2500 down
    430/month

If you put the above numbers in the lease equation they come to ~437/mo, but that's when I played three dealers against each other to get down to 430/mo

Happy hunting, time for me to hit the streets and embarrass some audi/beamer/benz owners.

Hello all....I was recently offered this deal and am wondering if anyone has any input:

    Im in MD:

2010 g37x sedan with nav, premium, tech and wheel package:

    15k miles/39 month lease
$571 per month with about $1000 down to cover the first payment, title fees. The MD state tax and bank fee are to be rolled into the payments.

Not sure what the residual or money factor is. I don't currently have an infiniti, so no prior ownership incentive here.
