The number you need is the adjusted CAP cost.

Dealer add-ons do not add to the MSRP.

What state and tax rate?
Adjusted CAP is $1860 more than the selling price. What's added to get to that number?

Not unusual, but get a specific breakdown of the numbers.

That's a good payment for a 24 month lease, but you could probably do better with 36 months.
