Hi lajbsr. Chase's December buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 42-month lease of a 2012 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium with All Weather and 15,000 miles per year are .00105 and 49%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

Car_man, Can you please provide the MF for the limited 2.5 w/ moonroof buy rate MF and residuals for 36 and 42 months at 10 and 12k I also take it that you advise against considering 24 months, right?
My only concern with 42 months is that it's outside the 36k warranty.
Can you please provide the MF and residual value for a 2012 Outback Premium 2.5 w/ the all weather package for January 2012? I am looking at a 39 and 42 month lease with 15k miles. MSRP is $28,062 with a sales price of $26,163.
I am getting quoted at $401 a month (not including tax) and $0 down on a 39 month lease - is this in line with the January numbers? Thanks!
You are correct, rainyandy. It definitely doesn't make sense to lease any Subaru for 24-months. There just isn't any support on 2-year leases of them.
Chase's January buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Outback 2.5 Limited with 12,000 miles per year are .00095 and 51%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

I've been leasing Subarus for the past 5 years. Same dealer and same salesman. Trust him and always felt I got a fair deal. I've just placed an order for a 2012 Outback 2.5 Limited with Moonroof, Nav, and a few other things that brings the price to around $33600. Dealer quoted me $31000. Nothing has been signed, I can accept the car or not. Looking at a 3 year lease, 12K/yr ,$0 due at signing, taxes included(Syracuse, NY 8% rate) for $530/mo. Will be taking delivery if I like the color (Carmel bronze) in March. Is this a fair deal or not? Thanks.
Would you please share the 2012 March money factor and residual value for a 2012 3.6R Outback Limited, with Moonroof, no nav --- 36 month, 10k and 12k miles/yr?

What is the residual on the premium package for 2012 and 2013? Do the options matter? If so, please quote it for AWP/MOON. Also, the dealers are offering '0%' financing. My understanding is that MF x 2400 = interest rate. Does that mean the money factor on a lease is going to be 0? thanks much I really appreciate your input.
If the list on the outback limited 3.6 is roughly $35k and I can negotiate down to $32k. With a residual of .57 and money factor of .00115 for 10k miles and 36 months, the monthly lease is calculating out to be $415 including ny tax of 8.875%. I did not include the bank fee. If my numbers are correct, what would be my initial payment if there is $0 down. I assume bank fee, docs, first month, and switching plates? If so what would that amount be roughly?
Dealer just quoted me $575 including ny taxes. MSRP - $35.5k, Selling price of $34.8k. MF = .00145 and residual of 56% for 36 month lease. Seems way out of line? Help please. $0 down and $820 due at signing (doc fees, 1st payment).
