Hello, I’m looking to lease and then buy (if all goes well) a GLC Coupe. I am hoping to get the lowest possible money factor. I have top tier credit and am willing to put down as many MSD’s necessary to bring the rental charge near $0. Of course I am looking for the highest residual possible also! From your experience which month is most favorable for leasing an MB? I’m willing and able to wait for the best opportunity.

Hmm, interesting. 2018's just started being deliverd to dealers this week, maybe they are little behind on numbers. You can actually even put in a order for a 2019 model year.

I can offer either of them to you for Mercedes' factory invoice.  The one closest to your spec has an MSRP of $68,040, and it includes black leather, night pkg, smartphone integration, carbon trim, pano roof, heated/ventilated seats and htd rear seats, htd wheel, and 21" black spoke AMG wheels.  Lease for 36 months. 10,000 miles per year is $919, 12,000 miles is $937, 15,000 is $979.  $0 down, 1st payment, bank fee, sales tax and MV fees due at signing

Also, I have another question. Is it true that Mercedes Benz doesn’t offer balloon financing in NY? 
I find it strange because BMW does.

Not surprising that a car salesperson would try to close a deal. That's their job.

I hope I am posting in the right spot. I just received a quote from an AMG specialist for a GLC63 as follows:

GLC63 with Lighting pkg and Performance Exhaust msrp will be $73195.00, residual for 36mo/10 k miles per year will be 51% and we can do multiple security deposits up to 10.

Without sec. deposits and all NJ taxes and fees up front, the monthly payment will be $1,241 per month and with $13,000 sec. deposit will be $1,163.

They did not give the money factor but when I made some calculations and I may be mistaken but the money factor should be something like 0.0095 or the effective APR on the lease should be 22.8% to end up with this monthly payment. I am a tier 1 customer with over 730 credit score. I do not know honestly what I am missing here? It sounds like they are selling money not cars.
