2018 GLC43 Lease Questions

They did not give the money factor but when I made some calculations and I may be mistaken but the money factor should be something like 0.0095 or the effective APR on the lease should be 22.8% to end up with this monthly payment. I am a tier 1 customer with over 730 credit score. I do not know honestly what I am missing here? It sounds like they are selling money not cars.

With the MSRP provided, I get $1232/mo, assuming all taxes and fees are paid up front.

Max MSD would lower the MF to .00143, and the payment to $1154/mo

Pretty close to the dealer quotes.

It's what we recommend. On-line lease calculators often make assumptions we know nothing about. Best to control all the variables yourself.

Surprisingly, we do have residuals for 20K per year from MB.

Is this CA? If so, the tax amount is not correct, as CA taxes the monthly payment.

Ask the dealer for the adjuste CAP cost for their lease quote.

.00088 and 52%; dealer is marking up the MF for extra profit.
