Can you provide any incentives, residual % and MF for 2018 M4 convertible 36/12 lease? I am in FL and dealer is in CA if that matters. Also, the car will be ordered for June delivery. If I order this week, do those amounts get locked in or will they change to whatever programs are in effect when I take delivery? (Will also ask dealer but wondering if there is an independent response to that.)

I think West Coast dealers can lock in the lease program for 90 days (vs. 60 days for East Coast). That gives you until the end of June. Just make sure you get it in writing, that you'll get the base rate program for June, if those deals are better.

Maybe you’re right. I gave configuration off BMW website and assumed it was a 2018 quoted:

$925 acquisition fee + $80 doc fee + 7% sales tax on those
$1,264.81 / mo. with zero cash OOP down (incl. 7% sales tax)
$1,114.46 / mo. with $5K cash OOP (incl. 7% sales tax)

(I haven’t pushed on price at all to this point - this is just the quote I received.)

He did suggest making a decision this coming week, presumably to lock in a sale, but maybe to get in as a 2018. Not sure need to discuss further with him. Thanks.

Hi. I'm at a Texas dealership trying to arrange a Florida lease for Euro pickup.
M4 coupe 36/15k
MSRP 77595

They told me for Euro pick up, it's 5% off automatically the base MSRP price.
So I ended up with base price of $65,265

Total: 65,265 + 7,900 (options) + 995 (destination + handling) = $74,160

They took off 5500 = 68,660 (no mention of lease rebate or anything else)

Nontax fees (in florida) = 1000 and change

Total: ~70,000

MF: .001625
RV: .54

So the monthly payment came out to $1094/month, with $1050 down.
Does that sound right? And is that a good deal?

I doubt there is any lease credit that applies to Euro Delivery
The base MF is .00156 + .00030 for ED = .00186 MF.
Not sure what money factor you received, but they only go out to five digits, so that looks like a typo.
If the adjusted CAP is actually $70K, and the money factor is .00186, the payment should be $989/mo.+tax.
Looks like your quoted payment is about $40-$50/mo. higher than that.

But, there is a $925 acquisition fee, so I'm guessing that the adjusted CAP might be higher than $70K, or they are marking up the money factor.

I'm not sure. With BMW, I assume you are eligible. I always buy/lease BMW out of state, and it's never come up.

I am in FL and recently ordered an M4 from a dealer in CA. Incentives were based on dealer location rather than my location.

First time poster, long time lurker. How are you people actually getting the dealer to give you the base MF? I want to euro delivery a 2019 M4, 12k/36mo lease and I’m being quoted on a $81k sticker a 56% residual and a MF of .00197 for a monthly payment of $1238 including 8% taxes, zip code 44040. No money down except first month and drive off. This seems really high? If so, where can I get these awesome MF that are being posted here?
