Michaell - I haven't sealed my deal quite yet, but this weekend the Veteran rebate is doubled to $1000 which lowers our lease another $15. Do you have a pulse as to what the selling price is on the G80? I have found the following info:

$3750 lease bonus
$1000 owner loyalty
$1000 Veteran - good only until today - otherwise $500
true car advises a $47,895 car is selling for $45,286

So I'm figuring selling price of $45,286 less current lease incentives - Selling price right at $39,250. That's putting lease payments into upper $300 range.

Yes, I'm "that" guy that will wait and find to get the best car for as little as possible.

Ok for anyone following this and to fess up...turns out the 3750 lease cash is on any in stock 2017 model and not on 2018 models. Basically total lease offers are still at $3000 total with Veteran rebate. This obviously changes the numbers.

No differences that I can find, but finding a new 2017 to take advantage of the lease incentives at this time of year is a needle in the haystack.

I live in PA and am looking at at 2018 Genesis 3.8 AWD with Ultimate package MSRP is $55,425. We have negotiated to price to $50,968. The dealer is quoting a money factor of 0.00026 with a residual of 0.57. Monthly payment of $610 with $212 due at signing and they will rebate my lease disposition fee for my other car which is equal to $595. Thoughts on this deal and is the money factor correct?

We only have Southern Region programs, this month.
We show .00012 MF, but .00026 could be correct for your region. It's not likely they would bother marking it up that little.

We show 56% residual for 36/12. What term/mileage on your quote?

Using your numbers, I get $560/mo.+tax, which looks pretty close.

Just got a quote on 2017 G-80 AWD $53,915 MSRP, ----lease 36X12 only first payment down and $475/month.
I live in PA, we have 9% sales tax. Selling vehicle for $41,662, money factor .00014, residual value 50%.
Is is a good deal?, When I started back these number up, I can not come up with the same monthly payment for some reason. I'm coming out with $450/month. Is dealer hiding something?

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost. If you aren't paying anything other than the first payment upfront, then the acquisition fee, DMV, and dealer fees all have to be added in.

You are only looking for $900 more to make it come out even.

Total money out of pocket including first monthly payment of $475.00 is $810.00. I’m coming off 2015 genesis lease. Same package and car and they offer in addition pull ahead program ( 3 month earlier termination. 
Is it a good leas deal you think?

Well, not as high as I thought - I'm only a few dollars off that quote when I plug in your prices. I think the low residual is what hurts, here.
