Tbe car is a 2018 G80 3.8 RWD premium and ultimate package. Demo car with 3490 miles. They offered me a sale price of 48,542. MSRP $53,065.  Lease cash was $6700 plus $1500 down. Payment $681,48 with 12k miles and 3 years.  

Im thinking the value should be closer to 45k before incentive and down payment.  Thoughts?

Here is where we ended our discussion last night. The car at issue is a 2018 RWD 3.8L Premium and Ultimate Package G80. The car was a demo and has 3500 miles on it.

They offered a sale price of 41,842 after 6700 lease cash. They requested an additional 1500 down which would translate into a $681.48 monthly payment for 36 months with 12k miles per year. The residual is 50%

Thoughts on this deal?

I have another question. Does MF refer to interest on the lease? If I pay for the entire 36 month lease at the beggining of the lease does the MF go to .00000?

MF is used to calculate the "rent charge" (lease speak for interest) for the lease term.

If available, a "one pay" lease may get you a lower MF, but there will still be some interest to be paid. No leases exist with a .00000 MF (though, there are some models where the MF is .00001)

Local dealer is begging me to come and turn in my current 2016 Genesis 2 months early. Also recieved an offer from HMF to waive up to 3 months lease payments with an additional $900 rebate on top of any other incentives. I would need to lease by 1/2/19.

Welp... showed up today as agreed and all of the documents were supposed to be ready to sign. Of course, they weren't .. and then when they finally got them all together the money factor had been marked up, and dealer added accessories were brought up in the discussion. So much for that .. back in the market!

Trying to do a Hyundai Circle deal on one of the few remaining 2018 G80s in California. No 2018 G 80 Sport 3.3Ts left at all. The 2019s won't arrive until late January, per HMC USA.

With Hyundai Circle, they will only lease at "standard" rate, whatever that is. So..."standard" MF and RV for 2018 G80 3.8 RWD with Premium Package 36/12 and 36/15 in 90814 please? Thanks in advance.

I don't have the standard rates. I'll guess they aren't very good.

Not familiar with "Hyundai Circle", but if you don't get the promotional lease rates, it might not be worth it.
