Dealer is offering $13752 off MSRP from combination of pass-through tax credit and other incentives he did not specify. His numbers don't match up to the Volvo website (even factoring in sales tax.) He's still substantially higher.

Is the 5002 non-cash rebate the same as the federal rebate that you get when you are filing your taxes or is the credit given at the time of the lease? Do I get that up front or do i have to wait to get it back when i do my taxes?
