That is for top tier credit; we don't have any information on MF bump for other tiers, or what scores associate with them.
Also, expect to see a deduct to the residual for the 2000 miles, but we also don't know the formula Ford uses for that.

MANY thanks for your help and insight! Yeah, I know what you mean... It just seemed too good to be true? Unless they're very close to a Factory to Dealer Bonus, and are in need of requisite units sold (before months end)? If so, a net loss transaction (such as this), may be justified; provided the factory to Dealer monthly bonus is significant (and will result in an overall net profit, at month's end)... They did advise that they were in need to report the vehicle sold to FORD. I gave them a refundable deposit (to hold the truck), and will likely pull the trigger on Monday...
To help seal the deal, they provided me the attached Lease worksheet... *If I read it correctly, this deal 'appears' to be a net loss of $1,949 (on the transaction)? They're adding first month's payment ($408), to the $3,750 in rebates, as due at signing. It does look like a solid deal? I think I'll grab the deal, as it's the BEST deal I've ever seen on any leased vehicle.
The only thing which was confusing is the actual factory window sticker. I've attached a screen shot on the final break-down. As you can see, the factory MSRP is $55,055... However, the window sticker discloses $2,500 in factory discounts? I wasn't sure if that was a hidden post-sale profit, which is reimbursed to the dealer, once the unit is sold? *On the worksheet, I assume that the $3,750 in rebates (taxable), must include this $2,500 factory discount???
That's a normal way for Ford to structure their window sticker. It benefits you, because the residual is based on the pre-discounted price, which makes it higher, and the payment lower.
Been looking at this for awhile, and I noticed that the Freight charge is either backed out off of the higher MSRP and reentered incorrectly $100 less than it states on sticker, or they are double charging. Did you actually take this deal? I've been working with several dealers for weeks and not a single one is willing to base residual off of the MSRP above the blue box.

Freight on the deal sheet is just an informational line.. (and, incorrect, as you note).
The initial payment is $4158, which is the $3750 rebate + $408 cash listed in column 2. The freight number isn't part of the calculations on the deal sheet.

Hey just wanted to run this by you to make sure I'm getting a good deal.
12k 36 month lease
$1505 (out of pocket total which includes tax, title and first payment)
Payment would be $387.70 a month
Incentives were $1,750 bonus lease cash, x-plan $3,750.
Dealer fees limited to $100
MSRP $52,460 then MSRP $50,460 after Ford’s sport, ecoboost and power discounts.
Residual is 57% I believe. MF I’m not sure?
Zip code: 11782
And they are buying out my GMC Terrain lease 2 months left @ 250 a month = $500
That was the agreement originally… Then 2 days later I got $3,000 bonus cash offer that is stackable.
I was going to tell them about it when I went to sign, but they called me today saying that they couldn’t carry $500 over from somewhere and needed to raise my payment by $10 a month. Then I mentioned I had a $3,000 pco. Now they are trying to say that the $3,000 pco was part of the original offer. I never got the $3,000 until yesterday. Way after the agreement. My question is what should I do? I dont want the deal to fall through but definitely want to save the extra money. How much would I be leaving on the table for them?

I'm really not that familiar with X-Plan, to know what it includes or doesn't include. It's best to go in and show them your offer, and see what comes of it. The nice thing about X-Plan, is the dealer is required to give you everything you qualify for.
@kydx can you please specify how the $3,550 lease cash is broken down to? I can't get those numbers for some reason. I just see $1,750 customer cash. I don't qualify for military, first responder, disability or student discounts. Was that including some of them? Sorry for being a pain and thank you in advance.

Yes, I did make the deal, but haven't taken delivery as of yet. *If you look at the lease worksheet, it's based off the MSRP 'before' discounts. As kyfdx advises, It benefits you, because the residual is based on the pre-discounted price, which makes it higher, and the payment lower... When I 'manually' calculate the actual lease data, the numbers all add up, and it bring me to the correct payment. Therefore, the freight numbers entered into the worksheet, appears to be a default entry in the program. It's not being added to MSRP in this case... If your dealers will not be transparent (as my dealer has), I'd walk away from the deal. There are honest dealers out there, but it often involves heavy research to find them! If you need help sifting through the data, you can drop me a pm with the actual details. Please let me know how you make out?
I wanted to get some input on this deal I was offered. 2018 F150 King Ranch Crew 4x4 MSRP $66607 selling price including ALL fees is $58294 Money factor 2.5% Residual value is $37130 (Supposedly 36/18) Tax on monthly payment is 7% for 34212. $2k up front out of pocket Payment quote is $862.17. Seems high to me. Thanks!

2.50% APR 55% residual
If $58,294 is the adjusted CAP cost, I get $700/mo.+tax, or about $750/mo. That isn't taking into account any upfront money you are paying.
Possibilities 1) Marking up the rate 2) Sale price was for a purchase, but isn't valid for a lease 3) That price given doesn't include all fees and charges
Just some further detail. I reconfirmed the sale price is $56294. There is approximately $2k in miscellaneous fees that take the cap cost to $58294. I specifically asked was this price figured for a retail sale or lease and they said lease. They also confirmed the 2.5% money factor too. I asked how we could be $100+ off on the payment and they couldn’t answer it. Something is not quite right but can’t put my finger on it. It’s too bad because I think I’m getting a great price at $10k off of MSRP.

Was shopping for a FORD F-150 Lease deal, at several Large Dealerships...
10,000 miles p/y, for 36 months...
Looking at a 2018 Ford F-150 XLT Sport 5.0L 4WD Super Crew.
Would like to confirm the numbers with you.
The Following is the best offer thus far:
MSRP: $55,055.00
Selling Price: $47,118.47
Residual Value: 58%
Acquisition Fee: $645.00
Rebates (taxable): $3,750.00
Dealer Processing Fee: $300.00
Lease Term: 36 months
Buy Rate: 1.15%
Security Deposit: Zero
Registration State: New Jersey (6.6250% Sales Tax)
Government Fees: $233.47
Taxes: $1,155.01
Payment: $408.00
*ONLY FIRST PAYMENT ($408.00), IS DUE AT SIGNING*
The lease calculation appears correct
At a glance, it looks like a great deal...
*Do you think there's any 'reasonable' room to negotiate further?
Please let me know your thoughts?
58% residual
Adjusted CAP has to be around $45,300 with that payment, which looks about right (did they give you the adjusted CAP?)
That's a great deal.
You actually get 10.5K/yr with Ford.
If you need more mileage, 12K/yr will add about $16/mo.
You should be driving this already.
You want to negotiate? Tell them $399/mo. and you'll take it.

2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R / 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige
2018 F150 King Ranch Crew 4x4
MSRP $66607
selling price including ALL fees is $58294
Money factor 2.5%
Residual value is $37130 (Supposedly 36/18)
Tax on monthly payment is 7% for 34212.
$2k up front out of pocket
Payment quote is $862.17.
Seems high to me.
Thanks!
55% residual
If $58,294 is the adjusted CAP cost, I get $700/mo.+tax, or about $750/mo.
That isn't taking into account any upfront money you are paying.
Possibilities
1) Marking up the rate
2) Sale price was for a purchase, but isn't valid for a lease
3) That price given doesn't include all fees and charges
That is a $4000 difference..
