The end-of-lease buyout for my 2014 Camry is several thousand dollars more than the current market price. Will Toyota Financial Services negotiate the end-of-lease buyout amount? I have read that they do not.

Dumb question, but any reason why the Toyota's residual value is so low? I feel like Toyota's typically re-sell very well...
That's the top line trim for the Camry....
And, the residual often doesn't match the reality of the market - it's a number agreed upon by the marketing and finance folks to achieve a certain payment to move cars.
Plus, that MF is effectively the same as a 0% loan.
I would like to have details (MF, Residual, any lease cash or rebates, etc) on a 2018 Camry LE 36/12k in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577. Thank you.

South Carolina (29577) ..... you're telling me the MF is .00119 and residual is 64% on a 2018 Camry LE. ???? Everywhere else has a MF of .0001 and typically the residual is 54%. Thats the common theme I keep seeing. Why is it so different in South Carolina?

South Carolina is part of the Southeast Toyota Distributorship area. They have their own bank (SETF). They don't use TFS, like the rest of the country.
Local dealership is advertising $199/mo and $3498 due at signing for a 2018 Camry LE 36/12k.
*MSRP is $25,294 *INTERNET LIST PRICE is $24,844
I am definitely not putting $3498 down. I might be willing to $800 or something like that.
My question is..... can someone give me their tips on getting a great deal. What would you do?? I thought about offering $22,294 for the car. Your thoughts?
Ok- but can you tell me why the residual is 64%. Seems so much higher than any other states I’ve seen. Most were around 54%. So what cause my area to have such a higher residual?

It's balanced out by the much higher money factor. Plus, residuals from SETF are not all that they seem to be. They often don't residualize all of the options.

Good advise. I’m thinking my offer will be $22,294 based on market average and the fact that surely they want this car off their lot. I’m going to put $1000 down to cover 1st payment and DMV stuff.

That's basically $300/mo.
Ignore the ads, and go negotiate your best price.

$300 a month for a Camry "LE" Nope way way way way to high! You can do better than that. You can lease the SE at a cheaper monthly price!
I want to try a lease. 1) is it better to take one of the toyota regional lease deals or negotiate your own lease with a dealer? For example there’s a deal for a Camry SE mrsp $26524 cap cost 24856. 36 months/12k miles, $229/month with $2679 due at signing. Is this a good deal or should I negotiate my own? zip 65201
2) is it better to wait till end of the year, say November or December, for a better deal?

1) Every lease is a negotiation. The regional deal is an advertisement. It might give you a baseline, but it's no different than any other car ad. Your mileage may vary. Also, that ad is actually $300/mo, without the extra money upfront.
2) The best time to lease is when you actually need a car. If you can wait, then wait.

I am being quoted the following deal:
MSRP $25144
Sales price $21644
Dealer fee $369
Reg fee $80.50
With $2720 down the payment is $199 including taxes
Does this look right?
Thank you
$500 lease cash
With the prices provided, I get $229/mo, before tax
I'm guessing some of that $2720 is going to CAP reduction. Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost used for their lease quote.
