It's a list of all of the available lease programs, given the variables the dealer has inputted. (term, mileage allowance, MSRP, selling price). The "Spread" is the difference in payments, from best to worst.

That seems low. With the MSRP given, and the lease parameters I've shared, I get a payment of $270/mo.

How does the dealer get to this number with only $5700 of discounts and incentives?

That is a copy of the dealer's invoice.
No information about your specific lease deal on that document.

Should have another document with additions to the selling price, minus rebates... to get to that number.

I just tried to understand the Cap Cost.... when I asked for it they seems not understanding the number or maybe they were trying to confused me.

Dealer told me that the cap cost is $27.600

The math they did was:
Selling price $33900 - rebate $4550 - down payment $1750 =$27.600

And to that, you have to add any taxes or fees you aren't paying up front.

As noted above, to get to that payment, the adjusted CAP will have to be around $31,075. That's just math.

Just because they don't mention taxes or fees, doesn't mean they aren't there. They aren't disclosing all of the numbers. From the small amount of documentation that you have, it looks like they'll ask for $1750 at lease signing.

2018 Acadia Denali lease terms as of April and May. Dealer did not want to apply the 20% off MSRP sale to lease cap cost, nor advertised Lease term from SLE1 to Denali. Told me RV was too low to make a deal.

Total Due at Signing (First payment & Plates): $819.50
Payment: $575.00

.00128 is the base MF

If I add the doc fee, taxes and GM Financial Acquisition fee ($595) to the selling price, I get $574/mo.

Looks like the dealer quote is pretty solid, given the amount up front you have to pay.
