Sedan: .00121 MF and 65%/60% residual for 24/36
Coupe: .00103 MF and 60%/55% residual for 24/36

Subtract 1% for 10K/yr

This is for a c43amg with heads up display, Burmester sound, and U78 performance exhaust system. Goal was to get monthly payments to $600 but $750 range can be doable with $6k down. This is for 12k/yr mileage. Down payment would pay off first month payment as well. 

This is in TX (6.25% tax rate)

The msrp is the figure that happens to get cutoff right above the discount amount in that picture. I’m still a little new at this but I read that adjusted cap meant cap cost minus rebates, down payment, and any trade-ins.
With msrp at 60,960 then, 3500 discount, 3500 tradein, and 6000 down payment, that is right about 48,000.

But, you haven't accounted for fees, taxes or first payment. If $6000 is the total amount due at signing, then you can't attribute all of it to CAP cost reduction, without first subtracting those other items.

You should ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost that goes with those payment quotes.
Along with an itemization of the charges, and disclosure of the money factor.

I was able to find this great link for the MF and Residual...According to it for May, for C43 AMG Sedan, 15K/year:
MF : 0.00132 and Residual: 55%

Hi guys... here is the lease deal I got from my local MB dealer yesterday for a new 2018 C43 coupe here in PA. Despite saying it’s for a 2017 model she assured me it was for the 2018 C43. I don’t see any mention of the total rent charge so I’m having difficulty figuring out the money factor/interest rate. It seems to me that it’s not a very good deal but I wanted to get your guys’ input, please?

That is a very puny discount..
Looks like the acquisition fee is probably marked up from $795 to $1095 ($1356 in upfront charges)
Also appears that the money factor is marked up from .00084 to .00114.

Example of an average deal:
5% off MSRP ($63099 selling price)
$795 acquisition fee
$907 CAP reduction (because of base acq.fee)
$62192 NET CAP
.00084 MF (base)
52% residual

$849/mo.+tax = $934/mo. (with the same $3000 down)

Even that wouldn't get me excited, but it's a full $100/mo. less than their quote.

Due at signing:
$795 1st payment
+ $800 fees listed above
= $1595

$795/mo. with $1595 due at signing.

I managed to get this quote today at my local dealership. Its with 2,000 down plus 5,000 worth of MSD. The finance manager said if I put 5,000 worth of MSD my money factor would be 0.00035. They did not tell me what the residual was. The payment still seems a little high considering its almost 8K off.

In this price range, you should get exactly want you want. How unhappy will you be if you pull the trigger on the 2018 and regret not getting the features you want.

I confirm .00090 and 57%.

With the MSRP and CAP costs provided, I get $701/mo, before tax.

If the $711/mo quote is with tax, it is pretty solid.

To get to $660/mo, tax included, you'll have to shave about $1500-2000 off the price.
