What would that mean? I'm sorry this is the first time I will be leasing.
Does it mean it is upto the dealerships to set RV's and MF's and determine lease payments? Is it good or bad for me (the end of lease support)?

It means that Toyota isn't giving any support to 2018 Corolla leases. Dealerships could use independent banks or credit unions, and the programs might be decent, or they might not.

In general, it's bad.

That looks to be correct; I do not see any lease programs for the 2018 Corolla for November.
