May I please have the MF and RV for the new 2018 Impreza 2.0i 5dr (base) with CVT for 53092 (Southeastern Wisconsin)?
I would like 36/12k.
I'm no expert, but I'm definitely familiar with leasing and how the formula works, etc.
The dealers here are presently advertising $179 with $0 first month's payment and $0 security deposit for 42 months and 10K--but I realize that this $179 figure doesn't include MF or WI sales tax, and I realize that 10K would need be adjusted to 12K.
Bottom line: I understand that the advertised $179 figure tells only a portion of the story, but considering there's $0 security deposit required at this time (for top-tier credit), this $179 portion of the story has me intrigued...
I haven't yet checked out MSRP or negotiated a purchase price, but after MF and WI tax, and negotiating for 12K per year, I'm wondering if I can't get this AWD vehicle for under $225.00 per month...
*Impreza 2.0i 5-door CVT 2018 *Costco Price on it is $19,620. The MSRP: is $21,815. * Payment would be $194.22 a month. upfront cost would be $582.22 which includes the first month payment and registration/license-related fees. * 36 month , 10,000 miles per year * $0 down payment $0 security deposit

In my first post, I had requested numbers based only upon 12,000 miles per year, but I'm concerned that I received responses from you and "kyfdx" for 10,000 miles per year.
Whenever you might have a moment:
1. MF and RV for both 36 months and 42 months for the 5-door 2.0i base CVT in Wisconsin--but only for 12,000 miles per year (not for 10,000/yr).
2. Do you anticipate these numbers to end on 12/31? (Based upon previous experience in these forums, I don't think you guys are also psychic (LOL), so you probably can't answer that...)

The current programs run through January 2nd. The new program starts January 3rd. Numbers could stay the same or they could change.
Thank you. I really appreciate it.
But I'm sorta shocked that the 12K numbers are the same as the 10K numbers that Michaell stated in his December 30th response above. Unless the "10" was was a typo? Perhaps he meant to type "12" after "36/" and "42/" in his response?
Would MF and RV be the same given there's a 2,000 mile discrepancy?

BOOM! Now THAT'S a value lease--and for an AWD vehicle with respectable gas mileage, to boot!
I've even gotten a followup email from the dealer lowering the purchase price by $445.00, to $18,655!
Thanks again, KYFDX!
(Of course, the deal probably ends tonight. These MF and RV figures might not rollover into another month... lol)

So... did you get it?
No--the research is actually for my sister, who has satisfied a 36-month lease on her CRV and is now going month-to-month while she looks for her next vehicle.
She doesn't want to spend the $275+ for a 2018 CRV, but wants an AWD vehicle, so I'm suggesting a "value lease" with the new Impreza.
While I have you, did the MF and RV numbers change on January 3rd for the base Impreza 2.0i with CVT for 36/12 and 42/12 in Southeastern Wisconsin (53092)?

Here's the deal for 42 months:
MSRP: $20,855
Purchase price: $19,100
RV: $13,139
Monthly: $141.92
MF: $19.34
Monthly with interest: $161.26
WI sales tax: $8.87
Total monthly payment: $170.13
These MF and RV figures might not rollover into another month... lol)

Thank you!
2012 5-door base CVT
36/12: .00170 MF and 64% residual
39/12: .00220 MF and 65% residual
42/12: .00090 MF and 62% residual
