Sorry - last Rogue question I promise. I meant to ask this earlier and forgot. For the 2018 Rogue Hybrid SL FWD, what are the residual and money factor numbers for 39 months? I believe this is the longest lease term Nissan offers. Interested in both 12k and 15k miles at 39 months. Thank you!

We do not have any supported 39 month residuals - just 24 and 36 months.

I agree; not much of a discount from sticker, when you factor in the incentive.

I get $354/mo plus tax with those prices; have the dealer disclose the adjusted cap cost associated with their quote, and an explanation of how they arrived at that number.

$1700 goes towards "all the associated fees that come with leasing the car plus your first months payments, license, fees and all that"

Says he doesn't know the sale price off the top of his head since all we talked was a monthly lease. 

Directionally, what kind of monthly payment would we be looking at buying vs leasing for $385/month (which includes an additional 8% Chicago lease tax)?

If I did my math right (prob not tho), using a 54% RF and .00003 MF, my numbers look like this:

Depreciation: $274.72
Finance charge: $1
Taxes (10.25%): $61.22
Chicago Tax (8%): $47.78
Total: $384.71

Capitalized Cost of the car $21,500? On a car that MSRPs for $32,500? That doesn't sound right, does it?

Sorry - last post and I'm done. He said it cost them $32,000 to acquire the car and we're paying $30,800 on the sale price.

These numbers are wrong. State taxes are paid on the sum of payments, and Chicago tax is paid on the monthly payment. Even at 18% total rate, the tax on $276/mo. won't be over $60/mo, total.

Unfortunately, Nissan numbers are updating this morning, and we don't have access to them.
There are some incentives involved in your deal, that aren't being disclosed.

You need selling price and adjusted CAP cost to calculate the lease payment.
Actual numbers, not off the cuff comments.
