    Ok thanks, and just to confirm, the way I use this info, is I pick out a car I want at the dealer, negotiate the price, and then plug in the MF and residual you provided into the leasehackr.com calculator along with the cash price I negotiated with the dealer, and tell the dealer, here's what the payment should be, I'll pay not a penny more?

    True - if you plan to pay all taxes and fees up front, when you sign the contract.

    Otherwise, you'll have to add those costs to the selling price to get the adjusted CAP cost, the calculate as normal.

    If you've recently leased a 2018 718 Cayman base, could you post the selling price you've been able to get. Dealers around me are still not budging on 2018 prices and I'm wondering if they're just stubborn in my neck of the woods, or it's still to early to expect serious discounts.
