I’m in the dealership at the moment and the sales manager is swearing the residual on the 2018 4x4 Overland for 36/10 is 51%. We’re being quoted $48,226 with $3000 down which they say is for taxes and fees only and doesn’t g towards lowering cap cost. And a $4000 incentive. This worked out on their sheet to $461 a month. Do these numbers make sense?

Is the $48,226 the selling price or the MSRP? We need both to do the calculations.

And, I'd ask for a full breakdown of the $3000 up front cash.

I do confirm the $4000 incentive, however - at least they got that part right.
