That is an excellent discount off MSRP. That's about what I got on my coupe too. Unfortunately, with the low residuals and high MF, the A5 does not lease very well. I wanted a coupe, so I was willing to pay the premium. But if you're happy with the A4 you could save around $100 per month. My two cents.

Being friends with a sales manager is not the worst thing that could happen. Actually, being related to the sales manager would be worse.

The A5 has a crappy lease program, and taxes and fees are very high in WA. Add a small money factor markup, and the lease price is just not competitive.

Even a "fair deal" would be expensive, relative to MSRP. I'd find a different model, and at a dealership where you don't know anyone.

I rechecked and here are the new numbers I’m being given: MSRP -$50,825 Rebates -$4,650 Cap Cost reduction: $46,175 Total due at signing: $4,600 (for what I listed previously + disposition fee of $495) and includes first month’s payment of $637
