    No, you don't have the option of paying the tax upfront.

    It is a factory to dealer incentive, and will be part of any price offer from the dealer. Use the knowledge of the incentive to negotiate your best price.

    Adjusted CAP cost of $36,316 results in payment of $330/mo.+tax
    That's within $5-$10 per month of the quoted payment.

    Seems like a decent deal. Of course, there are $800 of dealer fees in that quote.
